I've been dien this route and it's very, very troublesome.

Sketchers, All day long Graham and the very best insoles with raised arches you can get for your shoes and boots. A condition I've suffered with for years.
Ice cold cans of pop to roll under your foot arches as forcefully as you can and 2 paracetamol 4 times a day.
Also get the quacks to to do a doppler test on blood flow/pressure to both legs.

I have constantly brought to your attention the disgraceful behaviour of this poster.. Time after time he targets individuals and suggests they have serious mental health issues.
I believe you are failing in your duty of care by not taking appropriate action.
( this is the complaint I have sent to lse)
