Thanks Kev, I hadn’t realised it was a photograph. I also didn’t know the definition of stress was pointing the blindingly obvious, I always thought it was it was to do with the recognition of not being able to cope.. this is about money and I am not attached to it. Stress to me is when a child or loved one is ill and I can’t see a solution or aren’t able to accept my powerlessness? . What is true is that at last some of the kit to complete the jig has arrived and work has recently recommended. Two cranes and therefore more steel erectors to move the think along.. be good to see the same with the concentration plant.

Just a few words to respond about the most able Justine Peter. The lady works for gable communications, not wres. Like most small businesses we do not employ a full time or “in house” pr person or team. ( drakelands did)
So, Justine is paid task specific or on some form of retaining contractual basis to deal with single issue campaigns in the main.. there are a whole raft of corporate reputation roles that all stakeholders are responsible for in some manner. From the nun making the pasties to the shareholders and team on the ground as well as the local community in its veried forms..
in short , the stakeholders (all of them) are responsible for corporate reputation and performance.
