Well I've no idea if its true or not , but the big fish have the ability to get access... there will be nothing said which breaks rules. Can't be.. I concur about an rns on the 12 December... but this is bidstack so I wouldn't bet against it

I dont think it's a wind up big.. if a gang of significant shareholders, say 7% of the stock ask the CEO nicely! Then it's very difficult to say no.. seen it quite a few times and its positive that jd will have a sit down and a coke with.
Quite often there is a rns on the same day or first thing in the following morning... but not always..
