After a slight dip we should move up. Market sentiment will be better today. Less volatility, sellers buying back pre drill schedule news, since it could be anyday. Yesterday's rise was muted, market-wise.

Existing infrastructure includes roads, well sites, wells, separators, storage tanks and a pipeline. Minimal permitting work, cost and time to increase existing production, and to deepen old wells past subsalt for helium.

Five drills to. Then the other Helium assets to be drilled this year since there are already production permits, an they could just apply to deepen wells on an existing permit. According to one of the intel gatherers on Telegram, permit could take 3-4 weeks once onboard! So realistically late H1 early H2 for another drill.

Win win. I'm in GEX but the way, just think Mosman want to be US centric for obvious reasons, and GEX will have there time soon, MSMN will still benefit from those resources when onboard. A small royalty from a massive resource is big bucks without being a drain on your own resources. Passive income.

Just to also be clear they have royalties in both aforementioned Aus projects, which are yet to get off the ground, and where there is an inherent lack of in structure and a lot of bureaucracy, judging by the last three months with GEX. They are also onboarding a large project with very high potential for excellent grades which already has production licencing and might just require some wells to be deepened.
