Book flpped substantially so think they're done or they have paused. Importantly the key shareholders are in, probably increasing as mine is being built and to better spec. Asset level financing will not be difficult to attain here, CEO sounded pretty confident to me.
At this level, with anticipated good news re. France MDC over the next few months. I would suggest a tentative buy. If they confirm the engineering contract with IDEX, expected to be confirmed in Q4, will shoot up, as that's 15 million euros booked.
