I was really interested to hear about the care First Class takes to work with First Nation groups. Could you put some color on that for us? Can you give any examples of people you've met, and how the conversation has played out? It would be lovely to picture more fully what this means in practice.
Marc has had f2f meetings with the predominant 4 first nation groups which have title claims over our 7 blocks. We wanted to approach them f2f to start dialogue so that FCM could build up a profile with them. We are a UK company so we wanted to gain their confidence in who we are. Initial meetings were more of a kiss and tell opposed to hard business. More appropriate to discuss with them in person prior to them receiving the crown letter. FCM took the personal approach. We are content with the way things are going. Certainly no doors are being closed. Being tribal the boundaries are blurred re their grounds. But we keep ourselves diplomatic and compassionate to their needs and it works.
Where do the FCM see themselves as a company in the future?
We have 7 or 8 projects, one with a discovery on it, we are more a project developer accelerator. we will develop, progress and sell. NO ambition to be miners. You will notice that Pure Gold in Ontario started off as a fast track exploration company, went into mining and went bankrupt a few weeks ago.
Explorers explore and miners mine.
We would like to reward our shareholders with Dividends in the future.
Marc - “you need a conveyor belt of projects, some of your projects will fall by the wayside you need to bring new projects into the portfolio as others leave for example W Pickle lake JV. That's how you keep the news flow and progression. Let one out for new ones to come in”
We are constantly approached by people wanting us to look at projects, even the Ontario people are looking at us now as a go getter.
We don't just sit on these projects as real estate, we work them, progress them and sell them on, banking them.
Location wise all our projects are on the N Shore of lake superior.
There are deep water ports local to us so if we do have an economic discovery we can participate quickly in the energy transition process.
Has there been visible gold on the ground at Sunbeam - Marc yes
Marc “ i'm back in Canada with 3 key geologists next month and we can do an end of field season review on the assays that will have come back by then, to put together a plan for next seasons activities”
FCM is running a 4,200 km-line survey over the whole of Pickle Lake. What technology is this using (VTEM, TDEM, or ..?), what kind of geological information is this technology designed to uncover, and when are the results and modeling due back?
We conducted a high resolution mag survey over the N Hemlo block, it wasn't a VTEM which is a proprietary name, the important bit is the EM which is electromagnetic. Palladium one conducted an airborne over their Tyko project which included Pesm 1 then ground EM over w pike lake and recently they have done down hole EM.
Induced electric current, shows the chargeability of what's in the ground. The more conductive the more likely copper is for example. The Pulse goes on and off, so ground surveys are more accurate as they are not done at the speed of the helicopter. We chose to do the high res mag survey. We commissioned the survey when we thought structure was more important. We may look to use another proprietary system for N of N Hemlo.
The survey we used was appropriate for N Hemlo. We acquired the vtem over ESA for free. We will be disclosing this soon.
How pleased are you with your first field season? What was the most exciting aspect of this?
For me it has to be getting out there and feeling the enthusiasm of the team working for us. Imparting some of his experience and knowledge to them, picking up the vibes and excitement from the local working team.
All our properties are exciting, everyone is super upbeat about all of the projects, not one specifically. I've worked with expo for years and I think we have an amazingly cohesive and competent team showing significant potential to deliver the goods.
What I said to James, don't expect telephone numbers for the first pass. We have to go back and do more work, the work we have done is great and we need to do more work.
What's the process from here for Sunbeam Mine
The Nuinsco geologist who worked on Sunbeam is writing a short exec style report on Sunbeam which opens a thorough deep dive into the project.
Emerald will be compiling this with this geologist from Nuinsco and assessment reports will be written and a road map will be produced.
Two avenues, drill ready, exploration permits are in place , you want to make sure you're drilling in the right places , so we will increase and verify knowledge on the property, as soon as it is practicable and sensible.
350 rock and soil samples was quite a grab from North Hemlo. They're off for analysis. Is that full assay, or some other kind of analysis? Again, can't wait, so, ... when?
Two sets of analysis assays are sent off one for Multi Element by ICP Inductively Coupled Plasma and the other is Gold Fire Assay.
The rock samples are due back anytime.

First Half - Typed up by CG so any typos please let me know, or any additional info you want adding that you feel is important.
James update on the Corporate side of things, we really did hit the ground running, how to IPO a company, from JK.
As you say, we had a fairly seamless process in late July, the main list in London valued at 6 mill sterling. After that there was several months of activity. We were one of the last 30 mill pound companies to list, which was a great achievement, especially in a tricky market.
FCM has a tight register, 1.1 mill and 300k C Loan note. At the point of the ipo, well into 2023 operations wise we have plenty of opportunity to take advantage of the Canadian summer. Plenty of activity continues across all sites.
We have updated a few key releases since including west pickle lake and the Sunbeam Gold Mine, we are prospecting over 6 sites. We have an extremely busy next 12 months.
We are looking to investigate the possibility of a Canadian listing. You will see we appointed a Canadian Director in Toronto to help with this quite recently.
Marc Sale- Our first season is now finished. We hit the ground running as we were fortunate to have pre ipo funds so we had teams on the ground pre season, which started in early may.
We are still receiving daily reports from the field and we have one last job on the ESA block to be done.
One Block we haven't been on this year is Sugar Cube. We are planning a geophysical survey over Sugar Cube next month.
We have covered the small projects Western, Magical, Enable and Coco, Mc Kellar had a helicopter vtem.
All our blocks are in good standing, we have to submit reports on the work done and you have to spend 400 dollars on each block per annum to keep them going, some of our reports are not in yet as we haven't had some of the assays in yet. All claims will have sufficient work on them to enter into the next field season.
We are exploring and still very enthusiastic on all our projects and are most excited by the prospect of Sunbeam and the sheer quality at ESA. Oh and the Nickle at West Pickle Lake! Our JV.
Question: On 5th October we had the assay results from the first of the 12 holes Palladium One had drilled at Pickle Lake and the results were outstanding. When are we expecting the other 11 back from the lab, or at least the next batch of those 11?
Answer - the other batch of the 11 will be expected from our earn in with Palladium One JV in the coming week or so.
There has been a back up in Canada, recently they have said they hoped in the next week or two.
High hopes for the continued development of Pickle Lake and they will be drilling through to the end of the year, with flow through money that has to be used this year.

I think from recent interviews and the fact that the base is made up of long term holders, the old fashioned kind and not punters could be a contributing factor to lack of profit takers. I for one am intending to hold and add on the dips as other stocks come free. This is not an aim punter stock like some well known names, this is a good solid long term investment. IMO. I mean look at some on twitter ramping crap up then leaving people holding the baby as they call it. This will continue to grow and with a conveyor of news, who wouldn't hold!
massive, and with Sunbeam being drill ready, you may well be right!!
Marc Sale will be in the FCM Telegram chat group tomorrow at 12 mid day to answer investor questions. Feel free to download telegram and join us. Search for Firstclassmetals. Also FCM are attending Mines and Money on 29 November, the pre - event interview is at:

Very good opportunity to enter a long position on a Canadian explorer with access to Nickel, Gold, REE, and battery metals. FCM also just bought a gold mine and gave us high grade nickel results! with so much more to come.
Today we saw that Canadian mining companies may qualify for funding under the defense production act while Canada attempts to rival China. The United States military has been quietly soliciting applications for Canadian mining projects that want funding through a major national security initiative. It is part of an increasingly urgent priority of the U S government; lessening dependence on China for critical metals in everything from civilian goods such as electronics, cars and batteries to weapons. Wonder if we will be applying then? Here is the link to the interesting article https://www.cbc.ca/news/world/u-s-military-mining-projects-canada-1.6649522

New Video from FCM - First Class Metals listed in July, hit the ground running, focused in N Ontario with 8 claim blocks, FCM already have drill results on one of their properties. "The areas we are in are prolific with the Hemlo mine 23 million ounces, eastern end Silverlake, west you have the zinc project and the platinum project. Also up in the NE we have Palladium Ones Project which has recorded double digit nickle results. We have a focus on Gold but also we have an interest in battery metals with our Nickle our earn in on W Pickle lake Palladium One, massive sulfides on that. On one of our other properties we have rare earths and battery metals" https://youtu.be/JhXFdeaTYgc
If you follow the twitter you will see there is a new link for the Investor Q and A which will be run on the social media site called telegram which you can download and then find Firstclassmetals. The link has been put on here (LSE) before so just scroll down for the tg link.
It’s certainly been a whirlwind few months.
A major step-change in our existence as a company came, of course, with our London Standard listing at the end of July.
But as far as our core activities were concerned, by that time we were already well underway.
Indeed, we’ve been working on our projects continuously since well before our listing. And the rapid pace we’ve set ourselves has already resulted in plenty of newsflow. Since August we’ve put out updates on North Hemlo, West Pickle Lake, Esa, Magical, and McKellar, as well as details of the acquisition of new ground at Sunbeam.
What’s more, we are in a strong position to keep delivering positive news well into 2023.
Among our most key projects is the North Hemlo property, where we hold over 90km² of ground comprising 427 individual claims.
The southern portion of North Hemlo is, broadly speaking, more prospective for gold and copper, while in the northern portion we’re more on the lookout for base and battery metals and platinum group elements. Our near neighbours provide obvious reasons for this.
To the east of us in the north, Palladium One already has a major platinum group metals and nickel discovery, and JV’d with us on a significant portion of our own ground called Pickle Lake.
In the south, meanwhile, Barrick’s famous Hemlo gold mine, a well-established multi-million-ounce gold operation, is just one granite pluton away.
Long story short, Canada is a big country to be operating in, and we are hopeful of making big discoveries.
However, no progress will be possible or desirable without the assent agreement of the First Nations in the region, something we at First Class Metals are acutely conscious of.
Indeed, it’s partly for that very reason that we’ve had people on the ground so consistently throughout the past several months. Our chief executive Marc Sale has personally driven several thousand miles back and forth across the territory to conduct meetings with First Nations.
It’s hard to overstate how important this personal approach and contact is to us. As it stands, our approach is overtly collaborative, to the point where we don’t apply to the Crown for exploration permits until we’ve already got the go ahead from the First Nations with traditional claims over our exploration areas.
Meanwhile, work on the ground is ongoing. For example, soil sampling is taking place across Esa to help us build towards geophysics over specific targeted areas, with the intention of drilling next year. We also plan to drill at Sunbeam next year, and Palladium One continues to make progress up at Pickle Lake.
All told, there’s a lot to be confident about.
The geological model we have adopted on the southern part of North Hemlo is based on the orogenic shear hosted gold deposit (a Barrick-Hemlo template), and so far initial reconnaissance is encouraging. But there’s so much going on across our portfolio that we really do have a number of avenues that could le

Some great info on FCM at Proactive investors. If your looking to invest it could also be worth looking on Twitter @firstclassmetals or search #FCM and $FCM on twitter for more info. Looking forward to a great future with these guys, news rich till at least next spring!! If we smash that nickel we are looking at 24p near time then onto 40p and hey I think at least a pound within a year. If we continue to buy, explore, prove up, sell, repeat we are a money machine in the making! I love it!! Bring on the next news for us to get our teeth into!!
This is an excellent top up opp for those invested, and those invested it would not have been a surprise for the last two news stories to be crap. We all knew about the order book being behind and we knew about the delays. It surprises me some days how some people make money in these markets if they dont read the company news. You will also know that there are a lot of good points to ITM including how much cash is in the bank and the important part hydrogen storage will play in the coming months, the UN climate summit is coming up and Ceres have a investor meet and the two normally track each other. So good for ceres then good for ITM.
Im absolutely gobsmacked, all along there was visible gold like they said there was, my god,!!!! get me another 50 grand in !!!!!!!!
ive seen the conversation on one board, and i think it is quite ok for a shareholder to email the company , ask for an update and for the company to then say they will do their best to get one out. Thats it really isnt it. Lets hope they do stick to their word and we start to see news flow.
I bought at 15 mate, so your not alone. I think we have so many assets now and money in the bank, it does feel like starting again but remember the warrants expire in December so he will want those. I think it has to be 20p for 5 days to excersize them so I should imagine there will be news flow starting well before that in order to get it to that price,, have you averaged any?
the way and speed this company is working at is commendable. They must be working their socks off at this rate of news flow. ESA to come, McKellar to come, Nickel results to come, Subeam, well it sounds like we may even be able to sell some gold from that early on by truck, cant remember what they called it. Truck and go? the rocks can be weighed and sold while we are opening up the mine. So might not be a significant income but its another bonus! Permits in for Sunbeam within the same week of the acquisition, just gets better and better. Were sitting on a gold mine here chappies and chappeses. Chart shows a move to 18 then 20 with no slowing down in site.
from the telegram group. Having spoke to RP it is confirmed that a project update is on its way and once written will be out to use shareholders. He sounded super fab and looking forward to the coming assays. I dont think they will be coming all at once but at least with an update we will see what the project looks like going forward.
Instead of reading posts from people clearly from other shares who wish to deramp this one why not stick to facts. I have just gone through this presentation again curtesy of a telegram group post.

Or you could read the rns, whats in ink, are the facts, the rest is just summizing. The last video was good the gas agreements will take this off and thats what im waiting for. I see this at 14 to 16 before year end.
