My post was purely in relation to people who deliberately do not declare dividend income and capital gains to avoid paying taxes that would be due OUTWITH legal avenues such is ISA, SIPPS.

HMRC will always catch tax avoiders, and when they do, they throw the book at them to make an example of them!
