This is where I have some confusion I can see we’re trading at lower rate at the moment Should it not already be at 11p per share at the moment, already? Should we feel assured we will actually get to that 11p point, and if so what’s holding it back?

Hi All - Im still keeping a watchful eye on this - I once thought that there was great legs in this ( when it was MHC) Watching this stock is ( considering its heath based ) not so great for ones health ... long termwhat about wealth ?? Is this actually going anywhere - lets talk 5 months from today and 3 months from today - whats the concensus --- time to get out ? Or stay a littelwhile longer?

Hi All - Like many of you I have been stuck inthe mud with this wonderful - and truly joyous to follow stock for a long time, and like many of you - stuck in the mud with the price - its shall we say - a litttle lower than the purchase price all those years ago --- i have recently stopped following so much - so my simple 2 part question - is this going anywhere good now - is there a plan ? Is it worth holdiing despite losses - or is life too short and time to trott on -- Im all ears .. Thanks in advance

Far from the ideal outcome - and its certaily a case of licking wounds for many of us - IMO over the next 3 months we will see 11p several times - and if Adam Reynolds can pull anything out the bag -- then who knows --- this is by no means an opyimal situation - but if anyone can then its likley Adam Reynolds can -- his track record is pretty solid.. I suspect like always there is so much going on behind the scenes that none of us can really sus out - we just have to continue the ride.... I think 3 months from now is the time we need to really listen and read what is going on

Potentially - a rare advantage:

We are in a stock where the community seems unified in blocking the deal

Boots are motivated and can’t replicate the product quickly or easliy - The board must now return with a better offer or risk losing credibility

So ( maybe) The asset is strategically valuable, not “junk” and there is significant upside t o what t oday looks like a shambles ---- who knows..

Agreed - there is none - however what happens after a down vote is potentially exciting and equally concerning.

I agree - this is not really a failing company being sold. We are handing over a strategic, ready-to-scale diagnostics infrastructure for ~£5 per retail customer

Hi all - Not a great day, not good news .. Can someone confirm the current number of MHC shares in issue? Based on the £5.7m cash post-sale, shouldn't fair value be around 0.6p per share — not 7–11p? Just want to check if I’m missing something here. Are we over / undervalued... and also If shareholders vote against the 'Concepta' sale on 4th November, does that mean MHC keeps the loss-making business? Is that good or bad for shareholders in terms of valuation and future prospects? whats everyones opinion? I have been holding for over 4 years - and am not sure what to do at the moment

I have just watched the presntation. All makes sense. Yes they are a littel sow - but the reasons, on the face of it seem justified. I think Penny fuly grasps the size of the market - and also the probability ony a few will get through the coming years, She is focused on MHC being one of them.
There is great wisdom in exacting an effective strategy - it need not be fast, just the best one. The market value of this portion of the health market is huge - the market cap of this company should grow steadily (anything that goes up too quick, comes down quickly too) Her comments about shareholder value, likley hold true. I am a slightly frustrated shareholder - I think the proiice is currently too low - that said I only invested in this company on my view of the future - that stays the same. So the price is a great buying opportunity ( IMO) as long as the share price steadily continues to increase and that MHC become a leadr in this marketplace. Providing the new products are in front of a paying audience and those products are desirable - the rest will just be a matter of time. Also, as someone who knows this point better than most. being a B2B partner with a stroong B2C base is most likley the best way. The burn rate to advertise in this marketplace for online sales would be huge...
So I propose the question - What the share price will be for this company in 5 years ??
what are your views. One way or another this will be good to look back on and see who is closest...

Radika, that is a good question. I suspect the only logical answer would be that if we were aware of any light at the snd of the tunnel, you could buy back what you sold - possibly even cheaper and then be able to see that increase overtime … obviously all this is just thoughts at the moment

if it is necessary for more investors to be reached in order to surpass the currernt 24% level at present, which I can see as being very important then it seems a good idea to ensure methods are used to contact those people . The majority of Amigo investors are retail investors - people. If there is a chance to stop a complete loss taking place we need to see those people being reached very quickly. ASAG is hugely appreciated, but time is not on our side to take possitive steps..

This is such an exciting marketplace - If they have innovative new products, this really could and should fly. Howver, their branding and marketplace position is woeful. This really is the key. THey need to start getting noticed and shout louder than their competition.

All great points...This is all really in no mans land. However there cannot be any possible way that an option bought to the table, even at the last minute, that ensures the greatest level of redress to the creditors could be ignored, and quite likley sanctioned. There is enormous synergy between the needs of the creditors, and the position of shareholders - who ultimatly, combined own the value of the company. I do agree though that anything that happened here woudl be ground breaking and would set future pressident.. This is about Amigo. I dont thin I have ever come across something that throws so many curve balls. So exepct the enexpected perhaps?

I tend to agree fully.. probably a folly ... It does seem however that some posters have raised some valid points - that without full legal knowedge - woudl on the face of it provide the acorns of a possibel idea that may grow.. The only thing tha I have learned on this rollercoaster is that with Amigo -the safest position is to back the impossible .. Very little has ever made sense with this 'investment'

Need these excellent products to be seen … social media prominence is almost invisible, and Google presence useless - such vital pipelines to online sales being missed daily… company has proved its able to be very restrained and hold money .. but fortune favours the brave..

I am new to commenting on these threads, although I have been reading them for several years now, and have been a shareholder for some time. Feels like an Odyssey.

I have been reading with interest, posts of last 24 hours - I also attended the shareholders Zoom meeting earlier last week.

I am aware from the meeting there is no mechanism in place that allows for the suspension of shares – hence why they still trade, however, there is the likelihood that in short course, shares will be de-listed.

Am I correct in assuming that the question of how many shares everyone has - combined, can only be represented whilst the company still has active shares trading?

It does certainly seem to me that this matter was dealt with too early by the BOD, and now there are countless frustrated shareholders, all looking at a way of trying to prevent total loses, and also to ensure creditors are paid in accordance with the courts view.

I have been on the Amigo rollercoaster for some years, so now – exhausted and befuddled, my question to all amongst this board is simple:

What chance do we realistically have to be able to prevent the shares from being delisted and any monies that we have invested are, to some degree or another saved – and that the company can trade again and pay back who and what it owes?

Or is this just already over?
