It was only the crazy rampers that stated they need an EGM to raise. This is incorrect.

When you've already diluted your company with 5.92 billion shares why not try and pay tiny bills with a few more. Cash reserves are desperate now.

It's a tiny amount of money but a warning sign when such small bills are offered in shares instead of being paid.

@Ghost of 3 point lane 😀😀🍍 I watch this share closely for 3 reasons. 1) It's the company on AIM that I know most about as I've repeatedly gambled on it since IPO. 2) I've never seen a SP repeatedly called wrong by so many ranpers which is an unprecedented way to make money. 3) I'm ready to buy back in quite heavily shortly after next raise as I think that's next opportunity. Yes but in many ways it's worse than unproven flow rates. They know artificial lift will be needed on up to 30 wells and then no proven method of cost effectively extracting the helium from the massive quantity of water.

Exactky how can a company keep going with zero revenue and huge expenditure without raises. It's one of the reasons the AIM exists. It's dishearting that they are having more problems than usual sorting out current needs but it will all come down to how much discount in the end and then should be resolved soon ?

The problem for Rukwa is you need approx $100 million and no guarantee you'll ever see a return and certainly nothing for 1st decade.

The gamble on this has been the same for several months. Will the ML and respurce estimate be confirmed before or after the next raise. Every day a little closer to the latter IMHO but good luck which ever way you bet. 🌊☀️💙

The cash shortage is the main issue. Be better to finalise details of raise now.
