You don't need proof of commerciality to apply for a mining license. It would be insane of HE1 to not follow through with their application as once they have it there is a very small chance of selling their Tanzania 'assets'. Obviously wouldnt command a huge amount now but relative to costs getting this far its not that much more. Lease or sell rig to Noble and head off to USA for next gamble.

I read yesterday's RNS as it's not commercially viable. That many wells and a production plant on those revenue indications just doesnt add up. HE1 knew these results before placing and aquisition which they wisely acted on quickly to keep company alive.

The reality is that if HE1 hadn't done the placing and bought 50% stake in Blue Star they would be out of business now so from the company perspective it was a good move.

Lorna and BOD should be congratulated on how theyve run HE1. Although results were poor its a massive logistical achievement to find out. She forwarded everyone in last interview after dilutuon when she said one of reasons for buying stake in USA was risk management.

No one will pay for infrastructure costs in Rukwa as its not going to be cost effective to get enough helium. Thats why they bought half of Bluestar as they obviously new these results last week. Clever move by HE1 or it would be game over. But now theyve got half another asset to raise more funds for.

After this morning's RNS that its not commercially viable its hardly suprising its gone to placing price today. Expect another dip tomorrow though.

Hi Lorna I'd like to talk to you about a possible JV. So we'd need to invest about 200 million for another 30 wells and production plant and if there are no problens with all of that we could get our money back in 37 years. Now let me think ...
