Noble has also failed to find commercially viable helium using their shallow well strategy. Once their latest raise is done they could well rent or even buy HE1 rig. The latter option could prevent HE1 needing their next raise.

@tobethebest im not saying there is no helium as that would be ridiculous. Im saying the concentration of HE in the water is not commercially viable which is what the market thinks too.

I don't think HE1 need it anymore as they won't do anymore work in Tanzania now.

Helium 1 might be about to sell their rig to Noble. Could get 2 mill which would stop need for raise in next month.

Mms holding it down is the biggest myth of investing.
