If you back the carry out of that (guessing $45mn for the well) that makes 30% worth $8mn without a carry. And that is for a 124mn bbl wildcat prospect based on good 3D seismic. Not sure what 3D would cost over GBP's prospects. Perhaps $6-8mn?.....but the prize is main prospect that could be 8X the size of Cormorant. ------- GBP is insanely undervalued ! Nai/DYOR

In next 6 months I reckon. Why farm into a company that has £5m in cash and no debt and is valued at only £5m. Might as well offer them £10-20m and just take everything. Two directors owning 40% will want out sooner rather than later imo. Nai/DYOR

Is pointless anyway. There is either oil in those blocks or not. Whether they think it's a 1:10 chance or a 50:50 it doesn't really matter until it's drilled or adjacent blocks are drilled. Have a look at the world map, see that Namibia used to be joined to Brazil and then do some research on the big oil finds off the coast off Brazil. Nai/DYOR

You know fine well that is what typically happens. 3D seismic will increase the understanding of the block. Drilling and other 3D seismic in and around our block will also serial our assets. I tell you what, why don't you place a short and we can see where we are at the end of the year. Nai/DYOR
