evening. good prospects. the underpinning of the current sp should give piece of mind that IF investors believe that smdr have potential in the current drill then buy up for a good return when the downside is extremely limited IMO. i am sure your presence here is also a great confidence boost =)

yes. thats why i refer to the market capital not share price.

appetite for companies like sche. a recent float by a similar company had to be pulled. excessive borrowing has crippled the company to a point where its mere survival is a massive burden. the business model is profitable as long as you own the homes. SCHE do not. a lot or sold and rent back agreements. these rarely work with low top up fees. short of a huge cash injection whereby the properties are bought outright i just cannot see a financier giving their support.

just as appealing to people looking to buy in is the distinct lack of downside. smdr produce 20000 ish barrels a day for a market capital of 365mn. now AFR produce a very similar amount and are valued @ circa 1 bn. I know afr prospects are close to the company head quarters and could hold a lot of upside but it is polically unsafe still today operating in nigeria. so that more than offsets form SMDR SMDR looking to steadily increase production over the next few years which should give a steady rise to the SP. lots to gain little to lose IMO DYOR

goldman sachs have very good taste in shares. jofran no matter which way you look at it GED is seriously undervalued. 2011 will be a surge year will 4 drills in proven locations into the 3rd highest reserves on AIM. DYOR no brainer 150p min this time next year at a canter

this will probably go back to 65p ish. this shares gets a bt of a pumping on other sites when it turns blue. I have held here for a while now. sold out yesterday and will buy back in in the 60's
