Luansobe probably online in next 6-8 months. Its all happening! This year will be incredible for GLR.
Colin has done superbly well. Aside from other projects (and high quality projects) he spotted and leapt on an area and licences in the KCB which is now a copper hotspot that a large number of majors want a piece of!
Perfect timing.........Very desirable assets all of which could be turned into a mine in their own right.
Anglo American have signed up with ARC to potentially spend $88,500,000 over time on one of their copper assets, shows how desirable copper is in this day and age. We could not be in a better place and at the right time. CB has pulled a blinder. AND we have so much more in our portfolio. Sit back, the SP will speak for itself in time.
Our PL39 is also right alongside the bananzone as shown on the diagram
https://www.khoemacau.com/our-portfolio/geology-and-exploration
The scale of our discoveries should also not be overlooked for example, the southern target on PL40/2018 is the same size as Khoemacau's Zone 5 target
Dressing the bride (or brides as it were with multiple licence areas) ready for a sale at a HUGE premium
Agreed, we are in an amazing and very enviable position. We simply have to sit and wait for the offers to come in.
Looking at your previous pessimistic posts on pretty much every board you post on, maybe share trading isn't for you flabby. We made a profit of over $1.5 million for the quarter, so people are interested in our products. Could be better yes, but this is an AIM company making a profit, Q3 also looks to be a gamechanger in adding company value.
I think so, bearing in mind SFR may already have to be paying us upto $80 million for finds on licences we sold them, plus more than that in purchasing PL253 off us - they are half way there already. Also getting Shinganda in the mix for a £350 million offer.
Happily take being bought out completely for our entire portfolio of projects for £350 million. That would give a lot of useful copper based assets to the buyer and give us an SP of around 30p. Everyone is a winner :)
Key bit
"Sandfire believes Motheo’s mine life is likely to be extended. The company has a vigorous exploration programme underway both in the near-mine area as well as across the company’s extensive landholding in the Kalahari Copperbelt, aimed at providing additional ore feed to the processing ‘hub’ at Motheo."
Through finds like we are discovering in our retained licences also!
All the ducks lining up nicely!
Looks like it might be tomorrow then lol
Great interview and as CB says, 6KM of strike which we have in PL253, is enough to produce a mine in its own right!
This is a superb company! Well done CB for the hard work during the 2020's!
Hes also incredibly excited about Shinganda! I think that might be a beast.
The value of all of these different projects could be collosal.
Your opinion on that one Livis, I think there is a lot going on behind the scenes that you are unaware of
Whats great is SFR have first dibs on any licences they wish to purchase from us (part of the agreement signed). They have very deep pockets themselves, but if others (BHP) are sniffing around, then we get premium price!
It has been obvious, but why spend a load of money doing exploration/drills when you can let another company blow the cash proving up the resource right next to yours. Let them put the hard work in and we pretty much know what is then sitting on our licence.
Incredible year for Galileo! and us faithful long term shareholders!
Great RNS
Going back to what I was saying yesterday! How much will PL253 be worth on its own, a licence we own, bearing in mind SFR are willing to pay out $80 million for a good find on a licence we sold them! Superb news, and I suspect the grades and copper volumes to be very similar to the first class style finds cobre are dealing with.
If we are potentially able to get an $80 million payout for a good find on a licence we have already sold to SFR. Think of the price we could ask for, for a huge find on a licence WE own that someone is wanting to purchase!
Quarterly production figures tomorrow hopefully!
