Want to buy 3p shares on primary bid when I can buy shares here for 2.35P ?? Just had the email through
Colin founded and floated Kiwara Plc which discovered copper in northwest Zambia. The company was sold for US$260million to First Quantum within 30 months of formation. I would say £250 million is a pretty fair price to me seeing as the Kiwara deal was around 2010 and copper is highly sought after now!
Accept £250 million for Luansobe given its potential :)
Gives us a nice 19X increase from today's share price taking us to 21.8p :)
All working out to be the perfect storm......for GLR!
Dwindling copper supply from Panama and Peru could wipe out global surplus in 2024, analysts said!
Just in time for results of our licence exploration work :)
Yes First Quantum have no chance now in Panama. The supreme court there ruld that it cannot continue. FQ will have to now just go down an arbitration route to try and recover their losses, or try some kind of pre arbitration with the Panama government. Suffice to say, that 1% loss of copper globally is for good.
The valuation of our PL252/253/254 licences must have increased exponentially since we first acquired them. Especially seeing as we have money and don't need to sell them! I suspect SFR might just make us an offer that we cant refuse with royalty payments in the future.
Further good news, although not for first quantum, is they have been forced to shut down and stop operating their copper mine in Panama - this accounts for 1% of the global copper production. Together with Peru, this will cause major problems in global copper supplies which must increase the price per tonne. We have many licences which could potentially help alleviate this problem!
Give us some busting pre Christmas news! In the region of £100 million plus into our bank account lol
News we are getting now prior to a nice RNS, then it is going in the wrong direction lol. Come on Colin, give us a stonker of an RNS!!
Up copper in Africa. What's great for them is we have a lovely lithium and copper project. 😁 Kerching.

"The Company's existing cash resources are expected to run out by approximately the end of September 2023 and therefore the Company is reliant on completing a fundraise by that date to fund its ongoing working capital."
Yet at the same time
I remain confident in the Company's ongoing efforts to consolidate and advance the Katoro portfolio towards the creation and unlocking of shareholder value. We are optimistic about the various initiatives currently underway and look forward to what these may deliver during the second half of 2023.
We are now well past September 2023 so what is happening!
If this will cause us any problems

Be interesting to see if we are likely to get an RNS this week whether we start to get leaky leaky info and SP rise prior to any RNS! Slow Monday so far, but if a good deal is looming, AIM is usually very reactive to a tasty RNS and many times prior to the news actually being released.
Loads of buyouts and JV's of recent. The money is returning for juniors to be swallowed up or their projects!
Sounds to me like we might have struck a deal with the Chinese to sell our Lithium project!
Kerching :)
And DC for the continued research. HAving a baby now, I have very little time to dig into things as it were. Very exciting times now for GLR. Infact, I have never felt so confident in my holding. I think there is a lot of stuff going on in the background, and I do feel that holders here will be very nice rewarded.
