Roundtable Discussion; The Future of Mineral Sands. Watch the video here.
About the website info is that it mentions substantial work on licences PL366 and PL367 - licences that weren't even on my Radar as I was focussing on PL250/PL251 of Sandfires. These could also potentially give us our nice payout from SFR. I do believe our PL253 will be sold to Sandfire at a huge premium to the last set of licences we sold them.
I did see a post recently saying we have now spent the additional $1.5 million to enable us to earn the extra 51% but perhaps this is what the delay is in the sale of the licence area to whoever the mystery buyer is - We want the transfer of the extra percentage across to us before the sale concludes.
The Kamativi licence EPO 1782 covers an area of 520 sq km in western Zimbabwe. Galileo has an option to earn an 80% interest through spending a combined total of $1.5million on exploration and evaluation in the Project area and over the Bulawayo gold-nickel property by 21 July 2024.
Surely with what we have found so far and the fact as per the below it is adjacent to the historic mine being bought back into production, means it's only a matter of time before it's bought off us. If the ink isn't already drying on some terms being trashed out.
The Kamativi Lithium Project comprises EPO 1782, covering 520km2, and lies on the Kamativi Belt directly adjacent to, and along strike from the historic Kamativi tin- tantalum mine which operated from 1936 to 1994. The Kamativi Mine produced 37,000 tonnes of tin and 3,000 tonnes of tantalum ore from pegmatites, and in 2018 Chimata Gold Corp (Zimbabwe Lithium Company) announced a new JORC (2012) compliant Indicated Mineral Resource of 26Mt @ 0.58% Li2O within the Kamativi mine tailings, confirming that the mine contained significant quantities of lithium. The mine has recently been brought back into production for hardrock lithium by its current Chinese owners.
Great work DC and iky!
Lets hope Garbo fail to make development payments lol
"Should Garbo fail to finance its share in the development of the Project, 100% ownership of the Project will revert to Galileo and Garbo will be granted a 2% net smelter royalty on commercial production."
This will earn us some serious wedge in my view!
Is bringing forwards its plans for expansion in producing copper at their Lumwana mine in Zambia to 2028. They have also expressed their desire to add more copper assets to their African portfolio. Something that we will easily be able to assist them with :)
The one sale a third more than our current market cap ! Says it all really.
Article today on ITV. The creator of the piece was valuing the ITV studios business on its own as 4 billion without the other aspects of ITV and believes it is very undervalued even with the current downturn in advertising revenue. I am happy here with my 40,000 shares. Going to sit pretty with divi payments and wait for better times. 2026 they estimate 750 million revenue from ITV studios alone. Its a sound investment in my view. DYOR though.
Mine/deposit suspended over protests! Should give lithium prices a nice boost in prep for our sale 😁 https://oilprice.com/Energy/Energy-General/Largest-Lithium-Deposit-in-the-World-Suspends-Output.html
Come on Colin, give us a bumper Thursday morning RNS :)
I reckon they are definitely acter a seat on the board. Shake things up due to the miserable performance by our current leaders.
Perhaps the II's are teaming up to try and oust Louis
Are piling in here now? Something happening in the background
Another shrewd move and hopeless partner we are coupled with. It really is like a pack of monkeys running this show.
Still waiting for the various initiatives currently underway to unlock shareholder value Louis ????
A good update in the interims over the next week. maybe even with some sale news??
Millions! Ruddy phones
What I think to the deal. Seems a lot less money than the hundreds of .ulliona we were expecting
Sorry should have read interim results!
Final results in the next week/2 weeks. I wonder if Colin will announce big news alongside these ?
Give us this nice Christmas present!
