Looks like Tradegate is running out of stock or selling stock they don't own yet, which they'll have to buy from LSE in the morning!

Tradegate now showing 8,987,049 traded, which is DOUBLE their two previous days trade volume!!

AFC now ahead of PHE and the highest Renewables sector riser at 75.58%

We did jump! That was what I was expecting!!

These big trucks will need AFC changers for destination charging, maybe even depot charging, as they can take huge power which many of their grids are going to struggle with.

It does! Although EV's are moving in on the truck market already (Tesla, DAF, Volvo etc), so Hydrogen may end up taking a back seat there too.

I think ITM will get taken over first, by a big oil company like BP, Shell, TOTAL, etc. CWR may go soon after, taken over by Bosch. AFC needs at least a first set of results from sales, so Feb 2022 before any company looks seriously at acquiring AFC, and more likely 2023/2024 to see how the Alkamem based systems are selling and performing under commercial use.

Looking at the trades on Tradegate it just seems to be relentless buying as we attack the high of the day there.

From either of those they would be MM's, but they may not be either, as they just provide a pool of the stock.

RE the below, we just reached 1.05 and the price stayed within the trend all the way. Now to see if we jump!

Unlikely I'd say. They will have always held a similar sized amount of stock for their listing on Tradegate, they can't drop too low or Tradegate will have to delist it because there's not enough stock to keep an orderly market on their platform.

The stock is listed by a huge back-office holding and services company I believe. If they run out of stock they have to get more stock from the UK market, so it might look like it doesn't affect the LSE prices but it does when there's a rally like Tradegate has had at least 3 days in a row.

Someone posted a link the other day to the holding company and said they held 15m shares, well, Tradegate has done 6.6m so far today and 4.5m on both the previous 2 days, so may well be running short of stock soon.

A little bit from that, another bit from people realising how AFC was valued well below it's peers in UK/USA, but the majority still from BREXIT. IMVHO.

Whoever supplies Tradegate with AFC stock must get it from the London Stock Exchange, so anything sold there is effectively sold from the UK listing, they are not ghost shares.

If people sold there, the price would drop back, and the UK wouldn't get a good start tomorrow, no point in that happening.

No chance whatsoever.

No company is going to buy another company that is only just about to go commercial. They will wait to see if the products sell in decent quantity first, and see how profitable it is. So zero chance of a bid until at least 2022, when the 2021 result are published.
