George Frangeskides, Chairman at ALBA, explains why the Pilbara Lithium option ‘was too good to miss’. Watch the video here.
Or dropping below .3 triggered a lot of stop-loss orders
Thanks Bernie. Looking forward to this settling at .2 between now and the next update in months' time π
Lav, my comment was in response to Dazaliam suggesting we're sat on nothing but dregs from the main orebody. We know Leo are sat on a large deposit, we know from what we've surveyed currently that our confirmed deposits are lower than Leo's, but it's stupid to comment on our outstanding resource until we have some evidence to say either way.
Flawed logic. If we know the value of both a and b, but the value of c is unknown, all we can say for certain is whether a is larger than b. We won't know the value of c until its been measured. Critical thinking is in short supply nowadays.
The upside of the Prem news is it looks like a lot of those investors are selling up and buying into Kodal this morning, lmao
Another day, no RNS. Starting to think whether Bernie is the right person to push this forward from this point - there's plenty of things we should be getting regular updates on, instead he'll do his usual trick of cramming everything into one RNS, which isn't healthy for the SP.
Disappointing. Whole load of nothing.
Looks like a good day across the board for lithium producers - I assume lithium prices have finally bottomed out and market sentiment is picking up again. GLA.
Someone mentioned the other day that the Mali mining office is processing licences again. Anyone got a source?
Small retail investors lead to high volatility, which is not where we want to be at this stage of the project. We want major institutional investors who see the value in the project and are in it for the long term.
Major investors don't invest on speculative timelines, they invest on news. At the moment, all we've got to go on for the 11 month production target is Bernie's word - there's no news on whether the equipment has even been ordered or how long the manufacturer has estimated to manufacture the equipment or how long it will take to install and get up and running. Only once the 11 month timeline has been fleshed out flagging realistic milestones along the way will investors pump money in. As we've seen time and again, Bernie's timelines are incredibly optimistic and not grounded in reality.
Diggit, I don't expect any significant increase in SP until we have some news on the long-lead equipment and/or formal transfer of the mining licence. The completion of the road is obviously good news, but at the moment it's literally a road to no-where until we have equipment on site.
Surely a good time for an RNS with an update on long lead order following the tweet?
Lmao, no - it's 15 months. End of financial year 2024-2025 is April 2025
I note production is sneakily changed to end of "Financial Year" rather than the previous line of "end of 2024"
I thought this was supposed to be in the .2s by now?π€π€π€πππ
Lmfao. Hainan trusted Bernie to deliver; so much so in fact that they put up $117m - far more than anyone here has invested in Kodal.
Toyota's new solid-state batteries, the future of EVs that will make them safer and charge faster than ever, uses... lithium.
No point in trying to stem the tide of change - might as well go with the flow and profit from it whilst you can.

Currently sat at 10m shares sold to 40m shares bought. Much higher than the past few days. Very exciting and a clear sign it's only up from here imo, but what do I know, I'm a bit thick π€·ββοΈ
Charles Joseland was issued 50,000,000 new ordinary shares as part of the Option Agreement and sold half of these to cover his tax bill. That's 25,000,000 shares that previously weren't in circulation being dumped onto the market overnight. All there in for reading in the RNS for those of us who aren't thick (awkward!)
