Flanks licence may not be announced but may be guareenteed to the new buyer and transfered direct to them Especially if the bidder is NN they would be familiar with the process. So don't hold on for a rns about the flanks.. It might come within the next 4 - 5 days or may not... But certain its granted
If this was sitting at 20-25p for some newbies in here you would be tempted to sell at a small profit pre news.... If your sitting at a loss pre news then the likelyhood is you will stay put and be in when the news comes
No sale I don't think is an option here... Assets or company one will happen. If it was unlikely we would have known by now. Ubs are in there to also facilitate a deal broker it and also make it happen. They can secure any money lent against the assets of eua making it low risk to whoever is purchasing.
If there is no news say within 3 weeks I assume the BOD will issue a update as to what is happening behind the scenes to keep us all sane
I have a load of these in a fund account and want to get them transfered to wife's isa.. If for example we get news and this bags can I sell and transfer 20k then (will the whole gain in my fund account be subject to ctg or can 20k be transfered to her and offset against it?)
30p it will come.... Can happen overnight or over a few sessions. This level allows mms to accumulate cheap stock ready for a rise and also institutions to accumulate. Big investors control mms make offers.... I want a million of these for under 17p can you do it??? How are mms going to do that.. Tree shakes, grabbing stops, keep the price stagnant... Etc etc
There is also a. Psychology in it. People can't accept loss. I know someone invested in Lloyds tsb @ 80p and now it's 30p. They can't accept selling and moving on. They believe after 12 years in the share they will get their money back.
AVACT dropped the collaboration with Cytevia test strip RNS. Managed to get in @ 35p. It shot up to £2 within 5 weeks... Upon news the share had a large seller and mms playing games. Lasted a week. The lse chat board was full of trolls then one day boom and there was no stopping it after that. Patience, people investing money they are emotionally attached to and really can't afford to loose and those dam MMs
