Re: dividend

Can anyone explain the logic of paying the 2023 dividend, especially knowing what we know now with the precarious debt situation.

Just had an email from Alsa. 60 euro for a month, should increase passengers even more that they are.

From what i can gather Operators are reimbursed for the difference between the full, non-subsidized commercial fare and the amount actually paid by the pass holder. The government allocated €1.371 billion in the 2026 budget to cover the cost of these nationwide measures.

Surely this can only be positive for passenger numbers and profits as there is no haircut, or am i missing something?
