Negative rates is nothing years ago I was paying 15% interest on my mortgage that is pain.
The big question is when inflation kicks in there is a lot of hardship on it's way.
Anyway where is these negative rates because I cannot receive any loans with negative rates
but my savings is negative I will agree there, however the loans Lloyds is dishing out is earners not losers. hopefully the steady up will keep going on the share price.

18 sept was just over 23p Friday the 9 Oct just over 28p up 5 pence in just around 11 working days
half a pence a day so back to the 60p by end of January 2021.
The v project is at work the hedge funds on the run LLOYDS share has been over sold.
Common sense will now prevail.

Has it next year as no real damage done by the little none payers of loans and interest there will be a 4 pence dividend held on the 30 Sept 2020 on april 2021

it got to 24'ish with the hedge funds trying hard to push it down but I think they give up in case they get caught out and I would love to have a few bob to spare to stick it to them they are the paresis to the average investor.
Hopefully the get starved from buying back in.

If you are paying a thousand a month rent I believe you could get a nice flat to start you off or buy a part buy but a thousand rent is gone and lost money to all. Especially in later years when you have paid of the mortgage freebies all the way.
