It’s what I believe is holding the SP back now , if we announced we didn’t need a raise and funding was secured elsewhere or ultimately they didn’t even need funding this would shoot up but there’s an uncertainty despite the good news from NICE

You’re either a gdr employee trying to put a massive spin on placing or just wanting to buy in when the SP gets reduced

What benefit is there to any share holder if their shares get watered down and devalued?

They said they would need to secure funding before significant sales had begun , they said they are exploring other avenues - hopefully they are and hopefully they do find another way which isn’t a placing

I know what seems the most likely scenario but fingers crossed they find a way to stop another dilution
