Hiya all Looks like we are dead in the water guys. Sad contribution on the iii board. Caller to Irvine was told that Irvine lost court case and was forced to pay off Metro etc. They are unable to raise credit, or the price, and their affiliates in the USA are being wound up. Total loss.

Hiya all An web/internet site has been opened, probably supplied or hosted by Bluecrest, on the Quintana mine. You can get details from the iii investors site. It refers to the site being staffed, and being run by named managers. It's a rubbish internet site! Looks like a poor effort to me, and not the result of proffessional work by a wealthy mine company. Nevertheless, it implies the Quintana/CMR relationship is over. Check it out for yourself. If CMR re-emerges (very unlikely in my opinion now)it will be based upon the other projects that CMR had prior to Quintana going "Operational". Anyone got any other news?

Hi all I do not think that anything of any importance will happen in the AGM beyond the already flagged vote for motions. The action is all behind the camera, so to speak, and the directors will continue wheeling and dealing in the time honoured way of all directors!! I believe that we are all dependent upon the integrity of the Directors etc, and I don't think they want to fail or get out at our expense. My real worry is that there wil not be any "official" end; that they will simply transmute into another form of company and afde away like that.!!

HI all On the 9th of June I sent an email to CMR re the possibility of meeting with shareholders, outside of normal arrangements. Sceptics wished me good luck. Today I got a reply......!! Here it is; Dear Mr. Gutsell Thank you for your email. Apologies for delay in replying. You raise an interesting point. In view of the fairly momentous developments in the first half of this year, it could have been useful to meet shareholders face-to-face, so to speak, however it was not possible for various reasons. However, I think that in view of the fact that we will be having our AGM in the next few months, in the near term this will be the best forum for shareholders to meet the directors. Hi all you patient and maligned cmr investors! Has anyone tried to arrange a meet with the Directors(s) at cmr on a non confrontational basis? Isn't it reasonable that investors in a company should be able to meet up with staff in situations other than shareholder meets, or from the sidelines at investor events like "minesite"? Especially small outfits like cmr? I think I will try it....call me naive and innocent...but I will get back to you all on how succesful I am!! LOL

Hi all Been watching quietly for some time. Could someone enlighten me on how to get rns REACH? How frustrating that at these times of raised gold prices, CMR are de listed and struggling to get going (again!). CMR investors have got to be the most patient, (or deluded) people around.!! LOL

Hi all This board has completely confused me!! I've just realised that the most recent posts are at the bottom, not the top. Doh! But then......I am a CMR investor and you cannot expect too much from them can we! CMR certainly don't expect much from us!! Here is an entertaining question; if all of us private investors totted up our shares in CMR, what would it amount too? I've a suggestion; If I create a question that is acceptable to most of us private risk takers to send to CMR, how many of you would copy it form this board (and others), add your share exposure to it, and forward it to CMR? The fact that it is clearly a request coming from a group, may elicit a more helpful response. Anyone up for it?
