CTA priced in or fast pump and dump on the day confirmation RNS released same as announcement of trial start pump and dump then money comming in near the end of PH1a trial hoping for good news then the chance of a deal or partnership after data and safe dosing
Would love to be totally wrong and we are snapped up beforehand

Will investors jump in on approval of CTA or start of the phase one trial or after the start of trial trying to guess the results that’s if we haven’t had a deal announced beforehand

My guess is the 26th RNS this month that’s just over the 60 days hopefully with it is a partnership or deal attached also the trial date as been said they will know now if been cleared so should be getting the date sorted

PH rating of £3 could be a little low now by Xmas PH1a successful quadruple the price and game on how much for a company with 2 tyk 2 compounds patented up and 737 showing great potential in multiple combos plus more in the pipe line that doesn’t get much exposure atm be interesting how the sp reacts tomorrow and in the comming days especially if we have good PR

Remember it wasn’t our news and until we get a revenue comming in this will stay low what’s the point of having the best in anything if you haven’t got a partner or deal to get it to market or be able to progress it the CTA could even be priced in now as what value does that bring or are we going to see a spike in the day for it to drop below asking price as has happened before on good news

Am I and other’s underestimating PH especially after the comments made ref the investor meet presentation ?l hope so and look forward to the next RNS and the following few months

Ahfam I do know all this and admire your enthusiasm but sometimes you do come across as a ramper and I’m sure if you had to sell 50pc of your shares now instead of when you did (And I know it was under very sad circumstances I must add ) I don’t think you would of been very happy this is not a personal dig just a way of you too look at how others are feeling at their portfolio compared to what it has been and the constant decline I’m also SAR have a lot more in their pipeline which they could be up dating their share holders on and propping up the SP

This BOD don’t give a S@@T about the share price as it’s all about the science and any share holder who is pleased about a 60pc drop since the announcement of consolidation please stand up and before anyone try’s to give it large I have just topped up

I agree but why rise until closer the news I think they did this when the tox report was due and look what a flop that was as I’ve mentioned before if we have an RNS but no mention of a deal etc I would expect it to rise and if they balls up even more with a date for PH 1 then I will definately sell out most and buy back in again later .Everyone to their own strategy

I’m sure Sareum will know by now if they have it or not within 30 days of app they are probably waiting for official confirmation unless it’s been knocked back interesting to see how the share price reacts hopefully upwards

Should the RNS drop ref CTA and it’s not doubled up with either a deal or partnership then in mho no deal or partnership has been sorted . It ll rise take the profit and get back in a few weeks later as the price drops then same again with trial date when that starts if they are in conversation who ever it is would rather be in at an early stage and cheaper than later and more expensive

Check stop losses as people who have been in here awhile will know the usual pattern is a drop before a rise how much on each no one knows but would be good to be at 3 pound at Xmas at least

As some may know I’m not a fan of PH but the board seem happy with them and what they have done so far so maybe SAR is waiting for the official nod for the CTA to then release an RNS informing us of the date of the clinical trial start and imho a partnership deal with a big pharma just MHO.Lets face it they would be mental to miss out on something which could be huge and taken so long to get to clinical trials but passed the tox issue so far and with the advancement of modern tech the chances of passing a Ph1 trial are greatly improved

Tim said 2024 for completion of study of PH1b I believe PH1a will be completed by mid 2023 latest
