This is what the CTA is lacking or needs clarification due to the wording of the RNS even so someone needs to go the laid back attitude and constant delays is embarrassing and shows a poorly run company just mho as mentioned earlier all in the company should show their support by dipping in their own pockets for share and options which should be available snapped up
