Guys just need to be a little patient. Right now everything is taking longer. Just have to look at GRL and see that patience pays off. Then you look at TGR and see the stuff they are doing. This is what ACP is capable of. Very solid fundamentals. HODL. It will come and when it does it goes up. you and every holder will be rewarded
Is there another gold producer on AIM in this market cap range?
for example WSBN has a market cap of £23m and is an explorer. Our GRL is about to be a producer and start generating cash from actual dug up gold. Work ongoing and its only on 10% of this monster. Cash in the bank
Think this is hugely undervalued at £30m
Target for rerate?
I think we have to move on and look forward now. We cant keep banging on about the grant of options. Ppc havent issued new shares and the options will only be triggered if someone on the list wants them. Onwards and upwards
think they just uploaded something on to soundcloud. Have a listen. from their twitter account
Thank you for your note. We have had several emails from shareholders this morning on the same matter. I kindly ask you to see below my comments and thoughts.
1. Your support as shareholder is appreciated as is every investors. Each single shareholder and their views are important to us.
2. ?The awards have been granted to Argentine management. The engine room of our core business. They are both hard and loyal workers. These are not fat cats. They are people on relatively modest salaries leading modest lives in a difficult environment who we depend on and work tirelessly and show up day in and day out. I will defend them to the hilt.
3. There are no snouts in troughs here unlike many or indeed most aim companies. No main Board Member gets these. As the largest shareholder who has paid cash for each and every share I have I am aligned with all other investors. This is in the interests of the company. Plain and simple.
4. My people's efforts have been trashed and disrespected by the market vis a vis the share price. The traditional share options schemes which we have had in the past have been rendered totally useless and demotivating by the myopic and disconnected share price movements. All options granted under those have either lapsed or will invariably lapse. I look beyond that as it is all me and my people can do. We concentrate on the business.
5. Right up to now our people keep delivering. They have no blame for how the market has reacted to successes. Even through the pandemic their work has been exemplary. We have delivered two successful wells in the last two months and there is much work ahead.
6. We must both retain and motivate these people. I have no regrets whatsoever about what we have awarded to these modest, honest, hard working people whose loyalty, good work and dedication we rely on in challenging environments.
7. The amounts are small but are in the context reasonable and proportionate in amount and price. The outstanding share options to all employees is likewise very small as is clear to all who read the rns to the end just how little in percentage terms is out their by way of options . When I see all around in the AIM and public markets the amount of averice and greed on the part of directors it beggars belief that the grant of modest options in modest amounts to hard loyal and important workers vital to our business has caused such reaction.
I respect your view. As a shareholder you are entitled to make your views clear. I do not ask that you agree with me or seek to convince you. Permit me in this mail to reply in equal measure to your strongly held view ?which I have now done.
For the avoidance of doubt if you wish to publish this response you have my permission.
Sincerely,
Peter Levine
Yes I agree with it being undervalued at the moment. However when the new shares come in to play the share price will go lower and market cap multibags. None of the shareholders multibag. Theres no guarantee its going up right now because of the new shares. People who make money right now will be traders. Il wait and get in much lower for ride up towards 0.003 to 0.005. And if it goes now then it goes. No worries
8,131,810,231 x 0.0027 would give RMM a market cap of around £22m
Think I will wait to see if this falls further before buying. Target 0.0012
