We might as well say this share has been sleeping for about a year due to the debt owed so we could say its just about stirring to wake up.
The company owed a debt to the bank and the 2 major shareholders are now buying the said debt off the bank which to me can be seen as good news for us private shareholders as in the long run they are the major shareholders so I guess what happens within the company will also effect them also being major shareholders.
They have there reasons for buying the debt from the banks and to me its not just for the interest which they will aquire as fellow posters have posted still lots of potential within the area where the mine is which is operational and running so the interest of further exploration potential is good as the setup is already in the vicinity cutting cost so from that view I'm sure they have there reasons to buy the debt and you wouldn't waste that amount of money on a rubbish investment.
This is just me trying to connect some dots any views would be welcomed.
Definitely down to DB I am very happy with the way he has come on board and changed things around I meet him at the agm and was a no nonsense kind of guy answered all questions which was asked of him with no fobbing off as my fellow long term holders have already stated go to the website and see what % is not in the public hands and the other saving grace is the major shareholders are always against dilution we have had over a year to do due diligence on the company those who did are long term holders some before DB arrived and was also giving clarity to the previous bod and the progress DB has been making which I thank them for also..
Just a quick question if anybody knows are the major shareholders locked out of purchasing shares on the open market I. E
MTL (Luxembourg) Sarl 46.81%
Runruno Holdings Ltd 19.00%
If they are not locked out could they be purchasing more to up there percentage in the company further just a thought which came to mind. Answers on a post card...
Have a good weekend all.
Remember that mysterious 1.20 buy earlier?
Patience is a virtue some have been in for a long time and I think DB even speaking that sentence on the finance out come is key he didn't have to say that at all. He could have said the usual which he normally stated about negotiations but he never it changed so we are waiting patiently for the news to arrive with certain action happening in the background there has not been any real volume to talk about or to evaluate as I am sure a few pi's from here alone covers the volume of the last 2 weeks in shares held between them the real volume will come once there is an announcement and the market maker has been moving the price up and down with low volume what will they do with high volume.
Not long now holders just letting you guys know I'm still here have a good evening all.
GT
Think that's wide the spread on nex Market is 75%
Still here guys eagerly awaiting news went to the AGM this year and the team was very serious hence further topped up on the lows when I came home at the time 0.65 and so far I have not been disappointed with the team and the Q2 and Q3 results barring natural misgivings which are out of there hands each quarter the production increased not decrease which is a tick for me.
A year to show the banks what should have been happening in the first place I think plays into the company's hands as the scales are now balancing maybe even more so on our side so I feel we should get better terms on the debt as Roy Adam sushi Jamie etc etc apologies if I missed anyone we know the lth a good day to you all
The board is definetly lively today its always a good sign you are in the right place definitely feel the directors will definitely purchase when allowed as they know how much work they have put in and know what direction the company is heading.
Was watching the trades go through live today and I personally feel in my opinion that the mm was dropping and rasing the bid to fish out the 1,000000 + sellers if that trade at the end was a buy it would go hand in hand with some of the bigger purchases which I saw go through today the chart also tells a similar story
I agree woodstock I remember how trades were executed back then obtaining a fixed price was nigh impossible especially when going through the bank so yes has come a long way and is a lot more easier as it literally at your finger tips whether it be on a phone laptop tablet. In regards to if the 2 II are selling and buying its definitely with this dark pool hence the sp levels must have been agreed
