Another shout out to les and Co for forming the action group it is very fortunate for us what is going on with the economy right now as the real rise it yet to come once they start raising taxes and adding new taxes the price of the metals will rise alongside them. Thanks for the article pharma very informative and it seems that we are at round 2 of that same battle with the current climate of the markets it seems like a safer place being out of the way of the bear market let's hope we get some form of reply from emails. Great Posts guys good to get varied views from other investors and to point out important information for other investors to chew on.

It was like a stand off in the wild west today pistols at dawn who was going to draw first the sellers or the buyers. What sellers sold there shares will be absorbed by buyers shows there is still an apatite for these shares people are basing there assumptions on one phrase in the rns which gives us a little insight into the the company going forward. Thanks to everyone who has been adding input the good and the bad as this makes a complete picture on the whole situation and gives people a chance to look at there position and to do what is best for them.

Good to see a rise in the gold production and it feels like things are moving forward with the rising of the price of gold will only aid to the company securing the future of the business

Definitely agree Adam as stated many times the company is in production and pulling gold from the ground and also ready to explore as well. Not many gold company's in production sitting at this kind of price with major shareholders willing to buy its debt. How does the old saying goes money makes money... Have a good weekend all.

Just had a look at the capital structure on mtl website ruffer has disappeared from the list and somebody was scoping up the shares in the background. The list was last updated on 31st December.

We might as well say this share has been sleeping for about a year due to the debt owed so we could say its just about stirring to wake up.
The company owed a debt to the bank and the 2 major shareholders are now buying the said debt off the bank which to me can be seen as good news for us private shareholders as in the long run they are the major shareholders so I guess what happens within the company will also effect them also being major shareholders.
They have there reasons for buying the debt from the banks and to me its not just for the interest which they will aquire as fellow posters have posted still lots of potential within the area where the mine is which is operational and running so the interest of further exploration potential is good as the setup is already in the vicinity cutting cost so from that view I'm sure they have there reasons to buy the debt and you wouldn't waste that amount of money on a rubbish investment.
This is just me trying to connect some dots any views would be welcomed.
