mac - the sp is based on what the market knows which is as much as we do - and we (mostly!) know that this will probably be good for a pound or possibly more. Just seems a bit odd that they can’t see it as we do.
Reading some Hummingbird posters yesterday discussing the Q3 figures had come in. Obviously they are concentrating on gold and operating in Mali/Guinea but they were grumbling about an AISC of $1520 and hoping that things would be better by the end of the year if that could be reduced to $1350,with gold at around $1800. Makes comfortably below $500 look pretty attractive to me.
I think we can just about guarantee that people like testes will return pretty quickly, smirking at how clever they think they are. I always thought the golden rule with any of these stock bashers was to totally ignore them no matter how provocative they became and let them talk to themselves. I realise holders have different thresholds before they have to defend the stock but personally I don’t think testes deserves the energy required to tap a keypad.
Given the size of the juggernaut rumbling towards us is there going to be a huge benefit getting in at 19p instead of 23p? Obviously 4p is something to think carefully about if we were expecting a final sp of around 30p . Or is it just an excuse to loiter and wind up actual shareholders?
