Hi Lung, No, I was trying to swap them for Shiba. I also always waited for any pending transactions to either cancel or complete before trying again. Just tried another attempt and was quoted $751. I agree - it's very difficult to navigate and find your way around, but nothing ventured, nothing gained!
Thanks Lung for your reply! I've tried now on many occasions and I'm always quoted over $500 for some reason. I've tried manually changing the gas price, but none of the swaps/transfers have gone through. Crazy world!
Apologies for this not being Argo related, but it is crypto-related and I after some help if it's available........... I decided to 'dip my toe' in the weird and wonderful world of crypto last night (I am an Argo holder, with a sizeable holding). Anyway, I threw in a couple of hundred quid into Binance, then withdrew it into Trust Wallet. I was looking to have a bit of fun with Shiba, but when I finally worked out which platform was needed (ERC20), the network fee varied between $605 to $858, which was obviously way more than I had. When I have searched about fees, the answer typically states ETH fees are higher, but usually no more than $10. Any ideas why I'm getting ridiculous fees?
That's assuming Synairgen still exist as an entity in summer 2022. My guess is we'll be swallowed up by a far greater power by then! I also think the 3 bag could happen before July 2021 - maybe as early as May! Again, all in my opinion!
Hi Classicboy, it's all about opinion, but personally, with the growth path and expansion in terms of mining capability, hash rate and machine quantities, together with mining margin, HODL quantity, transparency, etc. it could easily reach £8 by the time BTC hits $100K. It wouldn't surprise me if this was even more as our MCap aligns with our competitors, which it should as more US investors become exposed to what Argo have to offer. Compared to these, we are still way undervalued.
I've just done 4 dummy sells, with each one offering higher than the last. All crypto's are down by a significant percentage, but let's see what happens over the next 24 hours or so - a lot can change and I expect sentiment will return, showing this 12% dip in BTC is a short term blip - normal service to resume!
