I have seen this sort of things in the past. Companies in this situation will be easy to take control over for nothing. Shareholders including myself will be shafted. It is a sharks world out there. It is why it is SO IMPORTANT to take some money off the table when shares do well.

He is no longer a major shareholder. He had shares worth around 66 million when he was shafted. The company is now worth £79 Million and have assets worth around 500 Million.

I do not post on the future of this share, only from a technical chartist point of view. Last week triple top on the weekly predictable sent the share price down to 8p. If no support is found we where looking at 7p. If this is not enough support at thus level it is time to worry short term. I assume the design and amount of available product's is spooking the market.

Triple top around 12p, expect 8p. Maybe new buyers at 7p (hopefully!!)

It is now looking good from a technical view point. 5 waves down on MACD to slightly below zero, keeping price above 15EMA and 50MA. Weekly and Monthly also showing up on the previously mentioned indicators. A,B,C pattern with third attempt to brake resistance @ 8.22p. If it is not able to close with a whole daily bar above this level it may be reason to be careful. If this level holds we are looking at 12-13p. That would be nice!

I am in profit even if they go bankrupt. I hope all of yours and many others future predictions will be a reality one day. I am only try to be realistic about the picture today and critical levels to cross. We are also very late in the investment cycle. If there where a general market sell off, i assume risky investments will be punished.

How do you see this share is on an uptrend? It has gone from 40p to 5p and now roughly 7p. Looks like a downtrend to me. we may have some momentum to the upside if it manage to close above 8.5p and hold, before the end of the Month.

As previous assumption the spike up reached a little higher than predicted, just north of 8p. It is now on the way down again. I assume this will go on for a while, sucking in new optimism with every little upturn. The spread is relative high and some people will spend some money being sucked in and scared off again. If the market gets a scare ( very possible) this will sink together with all the others. I hope everyone on this forum the best of luck!

Thank you Rbuk, good point but in the end we need to see profits to have a sustainable reliable uptrend. As seen with many jam tomorrow, short uptrends have quickly turned with the bigger heavier trend. As previously stated, i am not dissing this just remain cautious, do not break the bank on this. Everything is always uncertain.

I have not posted anything for a while as the share price moved pretty mush as predicted, downwards. As there is now a little spike upwards everyone seems to expect it to shoot. Be warned as the trend is still down. Maybe it will reach around 7.5p. There is still nothing except hopes. Good luck!

Something shooting up to the stars will obviously come down until real profits is established. There is a long way to go as there is nothing at the moment. In my view it was to early to IPO without anything except a hot cake. We will see but if they are able to serve it as well.

Windows, totally agree. I am still have a position to run after takin half of my investment at 13.5 p I would have loved to take it off earlier, but my subscription at 5p did not arrive on my account in time. No one knows where this will be going. I hope this will deliver, but un less they have exclusive rights to the synthetic cannabis, it may be easily copied by bigger fish. I also do not know the honesty and integrity of the founders. We all believed in Woodford.

Window, it is already creams to reduce pains on the market like Voltarol and many others. I am not convinced any cannabis products is any better. In the end investors will only buy into profits. At the moment it is just an idea in a hot market. When you buy this stock on flotation you are paying the people behind the idea. There are many things that could go wrong, nothing is certain.

buk, I invested for the hype as there is many ways you are able to make money with stocks. I have already taken profit and hence protected my investment. If it takes off i will enjoy some more. It is only to present some caution, things do not always end well.

Where is the proof of any these apparent benefits above any other things growing? As a vivid cannabis grower and user in the past, the only benefit i k now for sure is it will lower your temperature with around 1 degree. Up until now that is not a benefit mentioned anywhere. To think this will be in any way beneficial as a cream or anything applied to the outside if the body is questionable. Where it is a new boom it will always be some same people jumping on for profits.

R1bobuk- You are right about spikes and after events. Improved share price on this one will be proof of sales and profits. I have no idea why cannabis products have any better propensities then say Turmeric? At the moment it seems like a bit of hype, we will see. The people behind it seems to have a lot of fingers in a lot of Pies.

YOLO, It is your call but it will be a stomach churning experience. Learn from the event and in general do not buy spikes at listing. I have in the past had paper losses of 98 % that have come good, but a very long wait. Good luck whatever you do decide.

Kabaa , many good points. I have a small stake after taking some money off, so i am not dissing as such. However we are late in the cycle, and i remember the internet in the early 2000.

If the general market take a real fright as is very possible. After a relatively long run based only on cheap money pumped into the system, these kind of shares may turn out to be very risky. At the moment it is only hype. Be aware.
