ToS, please stop mud raking. Fauro excitement was driven by exceptional samples - which didn’t follow on to the drill assays. Fundamentally different to Alpala.

Fauro gold is still there but challenging to extract and no mega grades. I’m sure it’ll be mined eventually but not this decade.

You attacked BNC. I’m not attacking you, I just think pinning your own decisions on other people is pretty low.

I’m not in pain, frustrated but I’ve made plenty money in this share in the past, and partly because of BNC’s advice. But ultimately it’s my own finger over the buy or sell button.

I’ll stand up and admit whatever choices I made were my own. 20:20 hindsight isn’t real. So don’t look to shift the blame (or credit) elsewhere. Take advice but stand by your own decisions

That’s not fair Sean, BNC told people to sell at 40+p back in the day. Your view is very jaundiced - you were pretty prickly back then, and seems so now too.

We all could have more money in hindsight. Same with most shares. You made your own choices (and sounds like you did well), no-one stopped you buying or selling at any point

I’ve had Quady filtered for yonks so I’m only reading half of t conversation, although I’d take a wild guess that Quady is merely stating “it’s going to production” over and over again like a bloody record. There are so many uncertainties, this will probably wallow and drift until we get a bit more clarity. One decent drill result from Blanca and it could change momentum in an instant (why I'm fully in still) but frustrating nonetheless.

The lack of news is deafening at the moment. Think we need some direction

To replace the 'yep, knew this was coming and sold at the top, next stop 10p' statements they've been spouting for the last week.

If we get similar signs of green shoots tomorrow, will be interesting to see how many billy big balls posters come back claiming to have bought 200k right at the bottom. Always perfect 20:20 vision.

From the recent RNS

“Partial preliminary assays from Cerro Quiroz Target indicate that hydrothermal breccias may host significant gold mineralisation. Final assays for Holes 1 and 2 are expected in the coming month.”

As well as the breadcrumbs pointing to a decent resource emerging at Tandayama, what really gets me excited is the drill assays at Blanca

Lest we forget, the Blanca resource was talked up - very rich channel samples, epithermal gold system, just a few KMs from Cascabel. Due to Nick’s vendetta against CGP and his desire not to boost any property they had rights to, it then went silent, the property was split (CGP had shared rights to the closer epithermal resource, SOLG had sole ownership of the veined thin layered resource where the artisanal miners had been busy), and after that nothing more was spoken about the epithermal nor was it drilled.

No everyone is back in the tent, CGP included, comments about it possibly being able to provide early bootstrapping to the Alpala site are re-emerging, after all NCM and BHP wouldn’t spend millions on more drilling if they didn’t have a clue there was a near surface resource to find...

It’s close enough to use the same infrastructure. It’s near surface. And all previous info points to it being rich in gold.

Bring on the assays I say. As if we’ll stay at this price if we effectively find a new rich surface gold resource on our patch, next door to Alpala. We should find out within a month.

It’s not all doom and gloom, don’t let the doom mongers blind us all to the positives that still exist.
