I have a BT landline and broadband package, but trying to move a mobile number from O2 to BT has been a total farce! I have spent over an hour being transferred from EE to BT then back again (with lots of listening to musak in between). Eventually they (EE?) cannot add the monthly charges to my existing direct debit and want a new one set up. NO! this is not the way to run a business! I am not surprised the shares are in the doldrums. If I ever break even on my BT shares I will sell. Meanwhile I have moved my mobile number to Vodafone instead (where my shares are in profit).
They have been busy today. Here is another filing at companies house:

ORPH have filed a statement with Companies House re the 1048586 allotted shares.
Looks to me like the amount paid was 2p each (which is a nice average for someone).
Barclays Smart Investor now showing the correct name, correct ticker, and the correct value.
There is still time for them to **** it up before the market opens!
Does anyone have any information about Morrisons use of Completesave?
When doing online shopping with Morrisons, if you 'click on the wrong button' you end up joining Completesave, for which you are charged £15 per month.
It seems that Morrisons pass your credit card details on to Completesave but fail to send any confirmation emails.
Has anybody on this BB come across this scam?
BT's Halo offer to renew broadband does not make it clear that add-on packages, such as unlimited anytime calls, may be replaced with 'pay as you go' at 20p per minute. This, of course, can lead to a huge increase in the monthly bill. Great for BT profit margins, but wait for the number of complaints to BT and OFCOM and the fine which is sure to follow.
Maybe time to cut your losses on this dog?
The Fool sometimes gets it wrong. It depends on your stockbroker and if they use the scrip programme or not. Your RDSB investment with Barclays Stockbrokers will result in RDSA shares being awarded in place of cash dividend, however your RDSB investment with HL results in the dividend being used to buy more RDSB shares. Check with your stockbroker - he is the one who should know! Extract from the Shell RNS dated 2 Nov on the SCRIP dividend programme: +++ RDS provides shareholders with a choice to receive dividends in cash or in shares via the Programme. Under the Programme shareholders can increase their shareholding in RDS by choosing to receive new shares instead of cash dividends, if approved by the Board. Only new A Shares will be issued under the Programme, including to shareholders who currently hold B Shares. +++
