As far as I remember the only company that can instigate a takeover are CEZ themselves and at a predetermined level as per the shareholders agreement.........so I wouldn't get too worked up about this atm

That is true skelly but for the life of me I cant fathom why anyone who has sold up even want to keep coming back and posting the same old stuff time after time after time after time. We get it, its a sh@tshow but repeating yourself doesn't change the needle one micron. We as a company are not operating in a vacuum. Take a look at any bb on eith aim or asx that is related to lithium and if you look long enough you'll begin to realise that its the same everywhere, rampers, derampers and bots.......EUR, VUL,ALL.

Watching it I felt they were a little bewildered by everything Li related. Their Li company scoreboard is a sea of red. I came away with the feeling that there are indeed underhand tactics being played out in trhe market with the net result of everyone suffering. Cutting mine production by some of the producers may be a ploy to call the buyers (ie chinese) out.

Skelly, as far as I'm aware the shares were sold approx 2 years ago so I dont know where you're getting your info about selling before bad news comes in here?

It looks to me that there are probably as many non/ex shareholders posting here now. Skelly, who if he is true to his word he's sold up due to the no show for the dfs. Of course that is true LLInv but the point is that the EU have ringfenced a massive amount of money into one company. This will also be true for other “non moveable” critical assets in the jurisdiction.
