Market cap currently £60m. The buisness is currently making close to £6m per year, so no growth priced in. Acquisitions coming soon to add real value and grow the buisness, lead by the very experienced MXCP. With the detailed plan from the board on growth I feel this should be on a PE of at least 16 with a market cap of £100. This would give a medium term price target of 133p (66% upside).

I wonder if the BOD were not ready to announce and hence the suspension and no fine details of funding. Suppose its difficult to keep a deal of this size under raps. Either way, this is huge for the company.

So, who will be first to estimate what we will open at when the suspension is lifted in April?

Like this will open with a 4.25p ask. The early birds are beginning to take positions before the news of the next acquisition, which will likely re-rate the share.

Overall a positive update, but with no real new information. Expansion plans via acquisitions sounds interesting and ambitious, however, with limited cash resources I wonder if a placing is on the cards to fund this?

Looking at the chart there is every chance of a good move this week towards 6p.

Agenda21 making around £1m a year and we have £4.4m in the kitty for next acquisition. All for a market cap of £11m. Like you say Jay it's a no brainier for me.
