New to this share and just got in at 114. Had to wait a few times as I was only seeing the NT option every time I tried to buy any volume. Just an initial small £8K dip in the pond and lets see where this goes :)

Not de-ramping but trying to understand if this technical term they describe in article will impact uk SP?

I saw this article and wanted to hear thoughts on what they call arbitrage, with difference in US price versus us in the UK. From what I have seen we feed off each other and whatever the SP closes at USA last friday impacts our opening on Monday. Does it mean the market in USA is over valued , and we UK are undervalued?

I'm trying to think with less emotional excitement, how ARB SP will be impacted in UK in near term.

The mandatory 5 consecutive days finishing over $2 for listing- Does the 5 day clock restart if we drop 1 day (out of the 5) below even if next day we recover ?
Sorry sounds like a silly questions but slight daily fluctuations are highly possible with ARB and any SP.

In my opinion only - Not ramping or de-ramping as yes I still hold bulk Shares for longer term.
Yes it was great to have coverage on Sky News, it seems to have brought in a few new investors yesterday.
Then the RNS was quite flat again IMO ( MODE PR team need to be more creative to jazz up language to really get the message across what this RNS really means positively in longer term goals of MODE) , thus now we wait in a holding pattern for more news which will leave the SP to drop slightly and drift (hence I top sliced profits when I see them).

My logical head is thinking ahead about what other great things can potentially come out in the next few months - I am scratching my head and can't come up with ideas which will make the SP rocket significantly again?
What are we just waiting for more users on the apps / BTC getting over $50K .....what is going to help us climb further in the next quarter ? . Yes Tech is good and it's more user friendly than other existing apps out there, but what is MODE SP waiting for ?

I am asking these questions as a discussion point -not trying to get my head shot off, but to understand milestones everyone is expecting to actually get past £1 level ? .

Mode still has a way to go to my £1 target hence still holding my bulk holding longer term, but wanted to top slice some profits today and jump more into BTC via my MODE app before BTC passes the $50K mark .
Everyone has their own game plan but there is nothing wrong with taking some profits when you see it and buy more on the dips.

I was going to skim some profits, but can't sell on iweb share dealing account. It only comes up as negotiated order.

Honestly not trying to deramp, but I would have thought this Friday many people would be cashing out tomorrow due to : long USA weekend/ usual Friday profit taking / Chinese New year for Asia starts ....so I'm tempted to skim some profits in the morning and let the rest ride over next few weeks.

Buy back when price drops again . Risky thought but I was going to skim profits earlier this week, when we reached same highs , then it dipped but luckily good rally today .

Does anyone think the same that it will drop again tomorrow ? I'm not very experienced what usually happens to this SP, when USA takes a long holiday break .

Did anyone else read The Telegraph article that Amazon is developing its own "digital currency" project.
They have advertised for jobs to confirm they are building a product that will allow customers to " Convert their cash into Digital currency " .

Opening discussions to hear wider thoughts on longer term impact to BTC if any?

Always going to be expected that people were day trading they took out profits from last 2 days increase, hence the drop in of extra highs of today (it's only a paper increase unless you sell) . I thought today it would retrace much more than it did ( glad to be wrong!), so look on the bright side it still stayed up today + 1.67% daily gain is still a gain.

Give it a few months and we will see £1 mark.
I'll pop back in few weeks time, as too much excitement over the last 2 days for me ( I ended up clicking the refresh button far too many times) - just being consumed by every minor pence shift will drive you insane ha ha .

Still holding and awaiting Nasdaq listing.
Please can anyone confirm where I can watch the US SP in the afternoons, I understand we need to hit the $2mark before we can get listed ( and hold steady for at least 5 days?) .

Agreed with most of the board we should be much higher in ££ SP, patience is not my strong point but I am not getting trigger happy yet- not selling anything until we get listed as there is much more to go on this positive journey.
Few months time, we will all be looking back and laughing how we all got in sub £1 when its sitting at £3+ (IMO)

Not ramping or deramping but just IMO only : Tomorrow there will be a retrace dip for MODE (-10%) as BTC will slide back to $41K tonight ( currently sitting at $43K ish now). I may be totally off with my crystal ball ha ha !

Overall I believe in the longer term opportunity of MODE - so let's just take the opportunity to be happy with daily steady increases. I personally don't think there will be another 18% increase tomorrow - but steady is much better in the bigger picture.

IMO only - We will likely get a flood of after hours trading orders, and if the US pull their finger out we can easily open tomorrow steady start at £1.20

Apologies I didn't mean to make people feel bad from my previous posts , honestly not my intention at all to come across as an arrogant twat . Numbers mean different things to different people - subjective.

In my case I made a big loss last year in an oil share PMO so been trying to make up extra profits.

Everyone has different risk appetites, but only invest what you can afford to hold ( get stuck in ) or loose. Everyone had own personal goals either smash and grab or hold longer term, each to their own . For me interests rates were so bad in savings accounts , so I personally try to make whatever I have work harder.

So invest whatever amount you want and comfortable with. At the end of the day, all money is money and it all counts towards our group aim - to see this SP pay out for everyone!

After all researching and comparing platforms for BTC is a nightmare for beginners like me to actually buy BTC , so I'm putting my money where my mouth is and just opened up a Mode account.
I'm putting in £5k as first initial punt into BTC, but will hold back funds to buy more in any dips next week if BTC has a bad day. Not day trading BTC , just continue to buy and top up/ hold.

Shout out to poster "mask new norm " for sending the link to me on the offer , both win win . I do hope you are on this BB too as I don't want to spam ARB board.

1/ So question to all, in anyone's experience....
is there any daytime wise a good time in the day to actually buy BTC ? . I know it trades 24/7, so want to get in sometime over this weekend, but just picking a time it just seems all over the place , difficult to pick a trend.

Thanks all for the advice guys .....it's just a minefield with comparing all % fees versus fixed cost fees out there .

Just trying to work out best economical platform as I don't intend to day trade real Bitcoin, likely buy and hold and top up more when I can, but don't want to be hammered on costs to withdraw or take forever if I urgently need to cash some Bitcoin in to buy different shares .

I'll keep cracking on but want to get in before Monday, as I'm feeling positive good rally next week .

There are so many platforms to buy real bit coin and I worried that I would be investing in a fake platform . A friend told me that coin base is safest for money? .

Heavily invested in ARB and Mode but now ready to take a real dip of the toes into Bitcoin itself now.

For a UK trader , is there any one platform to buy Bitcoin direct and user-friendly platform for a beginner like me ?
