hi Totally agree with you £1 by 2036 what a crap share this is thinking about taking my loss and getting out of the rubbish share did my research on Lloyd's but I obviously got it wrong motley Fool and a lot of people are still bullish on Lloyd's I'm beginning to lose the faith with Lloyd's

I think PSN and TW update next month will these give a profit warning like Berkeley or will these updates be ok but cautious in there outlook we have just had 3 updates from the builders and they have issues so there SP down about 5%

Hi I can assure you Lloyd's is a shit share been in about 3years now never get passed my entrance price Lloyd's is a 10 year plan if you have got the time to wait maybe day traders can make it pay

Hi builders been out of favour for a long while now they have flown over the past 3years now getting back to normal levels the big profits are gone for now I understand if people brought for £2 it could be a long while to get your investment back yes you are right there may be better prospects elsewhere best of luck not a good time at the mo any company that as a not so good update are getting hammered by the market at present

Hi Tom I think this might finshed about 183 only because of McCarthy and stone and the FTS well down today we keep saying that the sentiment in the sector is weak at the mo and will be for some time but it will change I am in long term as I don't need the money at the mo is it hard to make money day trading this share I would have thought it difficult to make money on most shares at the mo

probably there will be no recovery in TW shares today nothing to do with the company all main builders down today plus the FTS is have a bad time because of the trade wars

Hi Sorry to hear about your £50k to £60k loss that was not with TW I presume it's a lot of money to lose hope you can get some back do not like to hear of people's losses but buying shares is like gambling on the 🏇 you win some but you lose more than you win most of the time

Hi Yes you are right some did by at £2 but that's the same as a lot of shares just the name of the game what about the people that brought carillon shares at about 50p on rummers of a TO look what happened to them so TW is not a terrible share I bet you wish you had brought these about 4years ago you would have made a lot of money

Hi McCarthy and stone are probably the worsed builders in the sector so not surprising you keep coming on here to try and call the sector down all the while ok not so good at the mo but the last few years the builders have done brilliant so sticky times at the mo but it will change keep taking the divs bye the way you have not mentioned about the NHS yet to busy trying to bring the builders down

Hi I agree with you the economy holding Lloyd's back until we get better growth figures this share is going to struggle I brought these 4years ago and they are still shit

it's a bit of a pig now the £5k tax on divs as gone down to£2k but it's not a big deal has you only pay 7% if you are a ordinary tax payer if you earn over 45k it's more

hi I agree with you but what gets my back up is that TW put I think 130 million aside for this issue what about the other builders no one as mentioned other builders some of them must have gone down the same line
