Hi Yes you are right will take a few years to get investment back so hopefully the share price will go north at some point The government have been out of Lloyd's for a long while now PPI still holding SP back finished August 2019 plus this and TW are domestic stocks that need a good economy

hi All shares can lose you money you go on about TW I am a shareholder in Lloyd's and I can tell you this share is crap at the mo well down on my investment but I have to wait till it turns so I take the divs to get some of my money back

hi this share is not performing that well at the mo but 3years a go it was flying if people brought just to get the div they are down on there investment this went down to about 170 last year and took weeks to get the div back people try to get free money are you long term or short term invester you are spot on about 10% yeild is no protection to losses but that's the same for any share as you well no shares go up and down part of the game

builders mostly go down on the RICS report because the sentiment in the sector is at a low point at the mo so I think builders are not doing to bad at the mo and house prices are stabilizing new builds are still in demand probably not as they where 2years ago any sort of bad news for builders and the market takes there share prices down we have all got to wait for the sentiment to change builders need a good economy to make plenty of money

Hi yes you are probably right there is a crash on the way but I think only if the country goes into a recession I think that the construction sector is in a recession at this mo and there has not been a house price crash so if house prices go down 20 to 30% in the future they will be a awful lot of people in the negative equity situation especially first time buyers will the government let this happen have you got an opinion on this

Think you are wrong about big losses on the way only a recession can take these shares right down if that happens you could be right but plenty of people buying new houses at the mo builders not having as good as they did 3years ago London and the south prices down a bit but plenty of places prices are still rising but not as much as before UK economy still doing ok HTB and low mortgage rates will prop up the builders

Hi that's a big difference but I think TC is a turn around share so one day it might be TC that's gains 50% and TUI 18% decrease would be nice

not a good start for the builders today most of them top fallers on the FTS at the mo so they must be some news that's sending these down

hi you say a strong sell go and read simply wall Street they say TW stock trades 50% below it's true value of £3.83 with the slowing down in the construction sector when it picks up these could go to this figure quite easily house builders are doing fine they could do even better when we no where we stand with Brexit looking forward to £3.83

Hi I agree with you it's a lot of money for TC to pay out and yes you where very unfortunate to have broken plane's both ways glad the hotel was good so you would go back to turkey again but not with TC bye the way don't no anybody that have had trouble with the planes going out and coming back so un lucky

hi sorry to hear about your problems I went to Majorca 2years ago we had loads of trouble with the plane we sat on for nearly 3hours people where getting frustrated and taking there anger out of TC cabin crew which to be fair they did not what was going on we had 6 engineers on the plane to sort the problems out people allways get problems when plane's brake down you should get compensated bye the way was your hotel OK did not put me off flying with TC again which I have flown 6 times since luckily no probs

Where is puffy? can you put any day light on this share has why it's dropped so much recently I'm I right in thinking the price of fuel is expensive and the pound has taken a tumble don't think it has got anything to do with the running of TC because OTB have fallen just as much have you got any thoughts

This share as lost nearly 20% so far this year not a good year for SL his this all down to the merger or is it that Lloyd's have got it in for them because Lloyd's have knocked a few percentage of the SP
