hi Yes you are right One is the old royal mail which TW I think are starting development in late summer 2018 prices start at around 600k plus

People that brought on Thursday for 86 now on a 15% increase what's not crooked about SP get it down and then take it out

we all no the sector is out of favour at the mo so I think the new builds are not doing to bad at the moment a lot of people thought it would crash but it has not at the mo builders need the economy to do well which is ok could be better so to me the builders are just doing ok share price normally go down in the summer and come back in October once BREXIT is out of the way we might see some change in the SP
