Hi bellway had a upgrade from DB today same as a lot of builders including TW they have put a price on TW at 235 but we never went up no where near as BELLWAY same old story

I think most of the bad news is into the SP the divs are very juicy for the time being people that brought at the highs are not happy but the people who bought under£1 are happy builders had the best days a couple of years ago when they were top of the FTS what goes up must come down so I understand the frustration of those who bought at the highs I brought Lloyd's at the highs and the divs are no where near TW divs so I go on Lloyd's board and say what a dog of a share because I'm frustrated about Lloyd's

the sentiment in the sector is low at the mo builders SP may be oversold but it could be a lot worse we need some good news where it's going to come from I don't no maybe a extension of the HTB scheme

Hi just had a look TW lowest price last year in the summer was 174.90 on the 3rd of July so only about 4% down yet to me the sentiment towards the sector is worse than last year

I think you are right with 165/170 range but the summer months are not that good so let's hope they will pick up in the autumn same old story sentiment not good at the mo I can only see the SP crashing if we have a recession

most builders down to day at the mo

hi you are probably right about bedv out performing TW but bedv on the 8/6/18 to 10/7/18 lost nearly 20%of the share price so it's swings and roundabouts a lot of other builders are down as much as TW are so maybe bedv are performing the best out of the sector ok if you are in bedv take McCarthy and stone there SP has taken a bashing this year so I don't think TW are that bad I no how you feel if your losing on your investment I am the same with Lloyd's losing nearly 30% of my investment not good but keep the faith
