Perhaps they are sorting out a sub contractor and announce it at the same time. No sweat we are the lucky ones on lse, the rest of the market are unaware of it as it stands.

When you get a chance MOD contract you don't turn it down, better to have a smaller margin than none at all. Having been in sales for quite some time I found it easier to push prices up with a full order book than with nothing in the work bank. Besides if they sub it out the margin they get will go straight on the bottom line.

They want time to organise a sub contractor before announcing it.
