To be honest i'm not sure what is worst rampers or de rampers. Quite clearly you are one of those will leave it to the others to work out which.

Unfortunatley it happens on most aim stocks, usually though when shares are rising which is the worse time as thats when people actually do get caught on a spike. With this one it had dropped more than it deserved and will no doubt increase as time goes on. Think 5p and below will never happen.

I havent lost money in fact i made money yesterday, but it doesnt help people who are losing money when people like Mould keep spouting that its going to go lower.

But if thats the best price they could get in order to raise the cash then what would you have expected them to do. Isnt it better to do that than to put the company into administration?

I suppose the fact that they announced the contract will suffice. Fact is if it goes over the £0.50 million per annum it wont matter as we will see it at the end of year results. Just need to sit tight and keep hold of these.

Were all here to make money mate. You cant sit on the fence and say people are day traders when they may have seen an opportunity to make money if the drop had been to much. As it turns out it wasnt and people would have bailed becasuse of it and not because they may have been looking at a day trade. Can you honestly say you have not bought a share that you thought had dropped too much? Looks like all the vultures are here now looking for the scraps.

So by saying in excess of £0.50 million could that actually mean £1.5 million lol. We were therefore extremely pleased to have learned yesterday that Petards has been awarded, subject to contract, the new enabling contract that commences later this month. Revenues from this new two year contract are estimated to be similar to those under the previous contract which were in excess of £0.5 million per annum and the MOD have the option to extend the contract by up to a further two years.

The only one that was due to be extended was the one the had in June 2012. PEG state that the renewal is worth £0.50 milion per annum in the interim statement to which evryone is refering to. They also communicated via e mail that there would be no further RNS to confirm the order. However as I say there is a big difference to what the MOD have budgeted for and what PEG say they have won.

Its not the £4.5 million contract its the other one mentioned at £0.50 million per annum lower down the report. What I cant get my head around is why the MOD are stating the contract is worth £1.5 million per annum and Petards are only stating £0.5 million per annum. Someone got the figures wrong and doubt its the MOD.

Or Money Makers seem to be robbing people at the moment, good luck if your selling.

Budgeted £1.5 million PEG quote £0.5 million per annum. Did PEG buy the job as Tiltonboy has previously mentioned.

Then perhaps they should issue an RNS explains why the were budgeting £1.5 million per annum and PETARDS are quoting £0.5 million per annum. That's quite a big difference to leave on the table.

Petards have misplaced a £1 million per annum.

You have been well and truly caught out, the wrong question was obviousley asked to PEg as the contract they are refering to was won originally in June 2012 and was for £1 million over a 2 year period. This is completley different to the one mike found. better get back in asap, Petards, the AIM quoted listed developer of advanced security and surveillance systems, announces that the Ministry of Defence (MOD) has exercised its option to extend the Group's existing enabling contract to supply the MOD with private mobile radio equipment, ancillaries and engineering services. Annual revenues arising from the contract are anticipated to be in excess of £1m over the contract term which now runs until September 2014. As well as supplying commercially available equipment, the contract also utilises Petards design engineering skills to identify and supply solutions to complex military communications requirements. Commenting on the award Petards Group Finance Director Andy Wonnacott said "We are very pleased that MOD has confirmed the extension of this contract which we believe demonstrates MOD's satisfaction with the high level of customer service and experience that Petards provides in supporting their requirements."

Bears no resemblance to the recent contract unless i'm reading it wrong. Petards state £0.5 million per annum contract states £1.5 million per annum?
