What they have with Siemens Rail. Petards, the AIM quoted developer of advanced security and surveillance systems, announces that it has signed a framework agreement (the "Agreement") to supply Siemens Sector Infrastructure and Cities, Rail Systems Division ("Siemens") with Petards train related products and services. The Agreement is for an initial five year term renewable annually thereafter and covers the world-wide Siemens business whose portfolio comprises the entire Siemens rail vehicle business ranging from locomotives, commuter, regional, intercity and high-speed trains, metros, light rail vehicles and automated people movers to passenger coaches for inter-city rail service and electric bus systems for cities as well as related services and maintenance.

I think they slipped up last time when collecting shares and didn't realise they went over the 10% notification amount until it was too late. They quickly got rid of just enough to drop them below the 10% figure. Now are one of the other so called market makers collecting a similar amount although we probably won't know cos they won't make the same mistake. Question would why?

so the sells are 13p and are Peel getting them back at 13.01. If not then we should be around 10p if they were all sells.

Isnt that what us punters do? So they are traders rather than market makers then. Sorry to ask so many questions, Is 10% quite a lot of shares to hold as a market maker, why doesnt every market maker have holding RNS's or is it only if they hold above 10%. What would be the norm for a Market maker to hold?. The fact that they still hold nearly 10% would suggest that they are expecting more news to hit or am I reading too much into it. Cheers

So when they increase their holding are they not buying the shares from the market and visa versa when then sell them back into the market. Isn't that what dictates the share price?

I thought market makers were there to deal in company shares not to manipulate the share price. Is there any other company where they hold a 10% stake.

What are they up first they buy then they sell whats going on. Do they want in or out lol.

Most of the ones that bought around 10p may well have sold now so agree this looks like the new level.
