Morning. Can't find anything that suggests it's being shorted. Wasn't happy with Cairns reply to me yesterday and not happy with Auditors. Cairn told me the auditors were using thier Asian office to carry out the audit. Can't see any Asian office on the website for them. Not looking good mate you know I've been pushing this company from when I got in but more and more looking like another scam. English website is waste of time links go to other companies. If you get chance have a look and try clicking on links see where they go. App doesn't take this long to develop either. If it is a scam then Cairn need prosecuting this time round,

I can only link one non exec director to One Capital, the rest are locked in until December 2015. Its looking more and more hopeful here as the major holders can't sell until then. By which time we will have results Audited by UK company at the end of April. So i'm going to sit tight and see how the Audit goes as may be panicking over nothing.

Just spoke to them nothing much they can say apart from Auditors are out there as we speak. Company called Crowe Clarke Whitehill. Not checkered them out yet but word is that company is still making profits and business is going well. Time will tell is suppose. More people that voice their concerns with Cairn hopefully they will follow up.

Dont get to down at the moment need to do some research, after all the BOD havent sold any shares yet so unless we can link them to the IPO investors they wont be on the winning side either. Also according to the website traffic site they have been going since 1999 (would they have been able to keep going till now based on no sales) I would have thought there were certain criteria that would have had to been met prior to them listing on AIM i.e accounts etc.

The problem I see is that they bought in on the cheap they are private companies possible friends or family. They are not long term investors in for the divis and even selling at 8p it's more than double what they paid. We just have to sit it out and wait for them to clear. Until that time we grin and bear it and watch for signs that they have gone. We wi be in prime position to buy at rock bottom and cash in after the bounce to get our money back all in my opinion of course

As far as I'm aware market makers don't hold onto many shares do someone is buying imo. There has been a 100k buyer yesterday and today just hope it's an Ii. If they bought at 3.5p and had divi paid to them at 5.5p them they make money at whatever price they sell at. Will they move on to the next chinese company to list on AIM or will they buy back in when results are announced at much lower prices. Only time will tell. Will the BOD delist before results are out so many questions but no answers for us. Still loads of shares for them to sell so no buyer is going to push this price up until they have gone for good.

Not worth selling even at these prices. If the BOD are genuine about staying in AIM then hopefully they will do something when the results are out. Where is the APP they said about a college student could have wrote one by now. What happened with the English language website up and running yes but has anyone used it? Smoke and mirrors at the moment let's hope we are both proved wrong. They are going to have to do something very special to convince me to stay in after results that's for sure. Last time they announced holding for them they had 8,314,600 if they sold 2 million they should have 6,314,600. Where has the 500,000 gone? JQW plc, a domestic Chinese B2B e-commerce operator, has been informed that Universe Glory Enterprises Limited yesterday sold 2,000,000 JQW shares at 9p per share with the consent of Cairn and Argento and now holds 5,814,600 shares in JQW representing 3.00% of JQW's issued share capital Perhaps they should learn to count as well.
