Wasn't aware they suspended him, are you able to confirm that?. Not sure what your getting at do you have inside information you want to share? When one company takes over another, you asses what good and bad staff you have and make changes when you can and certainly not immediately. Will take time for the new MD to review what staff they have then make his move. Also not sure why your suggesting the share price is struggling, shares don't continue to rise on a day by day basis would be nice but doesn't work that way i'm afraid.

p. s looks like they found more cash in Vocare than initially thought so perhaps his book keeping wasn't very good. In February 2017, the Company raised �18 million with the primary focus of delivering a progressive "buy and build" strategy within the UK's very fragmented healthcare market.
