Just over 5 million I believe will check. The Resolution specifies the minimum and maximum prices which may be paid for any Ordinary Shares purchased under the authority. The authority will expire on the earlier of the date 15 months from the date of the passing of the Resolution and the conclusion of the Company's 2018 annual general meeting. The Company may either cancel any Ordinary Shares it purchases under the authority granted by the Resolution or transfer them into treasury (and subsequently sell or transfer them out of treasury or cancel them). The Directors currently intend to cancel all shares purchased under the authority granted by the Resolution.

My guess is that it will be used to buy back the shares issued to the 2 brothers who jointly owned Vocare thus preventing them selling on the open market and trashing the price. They have both left the company since the take over and their shares were tied in for 12 months. So expecting the buyback around September/October time

Now if they had been sells we would probably be down 10% yet only up 4% lol

Only have a small amount in there now, m cap got a bit high for my liking especially as there were no new licences despite what Kongats has been hinting at over the last couple of years. Think they are well on the way to making a profit but want to see another licence before putting more in there. No news on the vehicle battery either which is a bit worrying. Sorry for the off topic here.
