Looks like buy back from Harrison’s prior to AGM. Couple of months to top up before then.

But serves a purpose for building a very nice holding :-)

Yeah sold now with AVX licence fees coming to an end and no new licence agreement as promised thought they may well need a placing sometime this year or early next.

Expand significantly sounds promising.

So do you own any shares in TLY or just an interested party passing through?

You may want to read through last accounts as company are more than happy with cash they have even after the share buy back.

The current m cap isn’t £18 million though lol

Well my theory is that they will buy back the Harrison shares come Sept/Oct
