Having thought more about it, there is probably more chance of us being bought out before mining granted. I’m kind of ok about that as I get that there is some baggage with Asia Energy being seen to be granted approval. Much easier to give the Chinese the coal plants and hide the fact that it also involves the market mine. What I do think is £2.50 to £3 just won’t cut it. It must be a starting position of at least double that (£5 per share). We are not a charity, you don’t go to the cost and risk of finding 570mn tonnes of thermal grade coal to swap it for peanuts. Looking good.

It probably means that the normal max ownership of 30% doesn’t matter anymore.

That’s great horse and thanks for the calculations. So we are at 90 odd million shares now and we will be at at least 111 million shares with all MOUs in place. I’d rather have the deals in place and have 20 million shares in issue than be sat waiting for another 10 years. 111 mill shares is hardly a lot for the expanded assets of the company.

Bees, one last question. Have you worked out if Dyani have sold any of the shares they have been allocated based upon their allocated stock to date. There was always a concern that they would cash them in but as they hold 19.3% currently have they sold any at all?

Bees, I’m sure I read in the RNS that if Dyani go over 25% of allocated shares the Company have an agreement already in place. I wonder what that says. Maybe it limits the ability of Dyani to force things.

On second thoughts, maybe it’s standard to have to re-apply.

So Northland are merging, that’s why they are requiring us to find a new nomad. I think the only question should be why the enlarged nomad don’t want us.

As I’ve said previously numerous times there is no way the Chinese would go to this much effort without access to the coal. Heck they may even buy the company in one swoop. What’s it currently worth? About £14mn lol. Of course it would have to be a more realistic price. £10 per share lol.

I don’t care what the market is doing. It took us to 3.7p then to 65p. I think the market is “controlled” in the favour of the big fish. We are tiddlers.

It would be good if someone had corporate access to the IJGlobal site and could tell us what is hidden under the masked text down to the bottom of the page!! I’ve looked at it over and over but can only make out one or two words. But it is very interesting that there may have already been related transactions for the China Gezhouba Group 2000MW coal Power Plant. Maybe it’s only a 1p transaction to ping the account lol.
