Porta Communications Plc, the AIM quoted international communications and marketing group, is pleased to announce that John Foley has today joined the board as a Non-Executive Director. The Company announces that Brian Blasdale will be stepping down from the board with effect from 30 November 2016. Further information on John Foley John is a co-founder and Chairman of AIM quoted niche services provider, Premier Technical Services Group Plc. John is also Chairman of Servoca Plc, the AIM quoted staffing solutions and outsourcing provider. He was previously Chief Executive of MacLellan Group plc ("MacLellan"), a facilities services company, from 1994 until it was acquired by Interserve plc for an enterprise value of GBP130 million in June 2006. At the time of John's appointment, MacLellan was loss making, with a turnover of circa GBP5 million and 50 employees. When it was sold to Interserve, MacLellan had a turnover of circa GBP250 million and a profit before tax of circa GBP9 million, with 13,500 employees. MacLellan grew through a series of acquisitions and organic growth. John is a Chartered Accountant and barrister. John holds a beneficial interest in 965,079 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the capital of Porta, representing 0.3 per cent. of the entire issued share capital. The shares Redleaf could sell were 6,998,050 shares. These were spread over the 3 stakeholders of Redleaf. Emma Kane has cleared 4542434 shares here. Leaving 2.4 or so million shares with other stakeholders. One had no reason to inform the market if he did sell. We know we had 1.7m shares sold here around same time as the sell order for 4M shares. That makes around 5.7m shares. So could it be possible that Emma Kane and her partner's shares were held in one account and they simply asked a broker to sell them? I have counted circa 9.4m buys here since 19th Sept. Albeit some could of been actual sells. We had 1.75M sells since Monday. So other sellers could be at work here. That 950 share sell today hints the seller around May time could still be about. We have horse traded nearly 4.5m shares since the results in May up to 14th September. These small sells of 900-3000 shares were a signature of one of the seller. It's not clear this seller ever finished clearing their stake. So overall in 4-5 months sellers have clear 12-15m shares. Who has been buying up all these shares? I suspect tomorrow that question will be answered. PR timing. I wonder if someone is actually offering to buy out stakeholders?? Take over?? I agree with Adastra we need to wait till the results to see what is really going on here.

Well Emma can't clear all her stock as some is locked in for 2 years. Chances are her partner has also sold up here. Not a ringing endorsement of how porta are doing. Sells have been about 7-8m here. Half explained by Emma Kane. Why she wants to sell at these prices I have no idea.

Looking at these 2 big sells for 1m and 500k. They match the two 250k trades today and 1m trade on Friday. Still seems to be funds/investors exchanging shares here. The only reason for the small spike in share could be a lot of private investors buying in here. The fact the numbers are getting smaller could be a good sign here. There could be more than 1 seller in play here. The actions on Friday were the signs of a fund clearing out it's final stock. Before this happened we had another fund/investor selling stock too but using a lot of odd numbers for their trades. If it is one seller they are close to 8m shares now. Let's see what happens in next few days. I doubt we will get any RNS till all these trades die away. Mick - With any share you have to ask is it going somewhere? E.g XEL announced today shareholder dilution of 98.5%. Aim shares come with a health warning. I think Porta is heading in the right direction. Just frustrated by the SP and slow progress in last year or so. Least we are clearing out a lot of stale investors here.

Mick. The trade was at the midpoint. It's possible it was a buy or sell. The price for such a large sell might of been lower? Albeit we had a lot of buys yesterday. We did previously have another seller. My gut is the seller had under 3% and cleared holdings.

Thanks Adastra. So the effect of the loan will not be a huge impact on these results if April. Finance costs will still be circa 600k for first 6m. So a profit is unlikely with 400-500k+ dividends to pay too to controling interests. Revenue is somewhat flat too it would seem. The 1m savings were only just starting to come through. Same for bonus from exchange rates. May onwards? To me second half of year should be much stronger. I hope like you suggest they are working on loans. Overall I have seen nothing to suggest they will be close to a profit in H1 of 2016 Strange the share price is still below 4p here. We saw at least 6m shares sold. I counted at least that in buys before the 1m trade from Friday appeared today. Monday last week had a lot of delayed trades that could of been Sells. That might explain the depressed price here. See what happens Thursday. Is this a bargain share? Someone is still buying here.

Not sure what date they rearranged the debt. Looks like they have been struggling on public affairs judging by those new hires. 2 big names left a year ago and set up new firms. Did they take clients with them? We'll have to see what Thursday brings. 1m buy showing up from Friday. I can't believe all these trades last week were buys. The late 1.3m trades match the 1.25m trade. So this looks very organised. No RNS from the buyer yet.

Thanks Adastra. I do love numbers and figures. This is a share where it much easier to analyze patterns. The buyers and sellers all use predictable patterns here. I called Friday perfectly. The fund is clearly sold out here. The 1.2m trade was their remaining stock. I expect losses of 0.3m to 1m on Thursday. Assuming no D and A again.

4 million sell trade has appeared from last week as predicted.

I doubt that is the case. Hawk investment were involved initially as it was a start up. The share price is dipping due to funds selling. Adastra seems to think they are working on refinancing firm. I am sure this will involve a deal on the loans. With a bank or someone else? They hinted at this at AGM. So not a red flag for me. Long term I am sure the board will want to increase porta's size 4-5 fold. Recovering the sp here will help. Bring on a few director/fund purchases.

I paid no attention to the trade type Mick. I purely look for trade patterns. Someone else will have to answer your question. My logic. Just tot up the numbers. Seller cleared at least 1.7-2m shares today in open trades. There were about 2.5-3m buys today and the share still went down. 850k buys yesterday and a possible 2.5-3M buys on Monday? Works out about 7M shares being bought. The overall sells must of been at least 7-8m being sold. (Assuming only 1 seller below 3%) Some of the buys were from PI. There was also 300k of shares bought on ISDX. Which means a late trade of 6M or so will follow next week if the seller has cleared their stock. This matches what happened when we last had a fund sell out earlier in the year. The end game saw automated trades with a large sell figure on the day. Followed by a large trade of 4M a few days later which had initially caused the share to fall. The large sum today was 1.2M. With large trades 5-6M to follow. The numbers are around double from last time. So will we get an RNS on Monday? Probably not from the seller if they cleared out today (Below 3% of stock). We could get one from the buyer? 4-6M of those buys came from the same source as they were all 200k and 250k in size. So an RNS is very possible from a new investor. Unless Fidelity or another existing investor chirped in here. They may time the RNS with the results if someone has gone above 3%. PR timing! Like most things Mick always trust your own judgement. The above is my opinion. I could be wrong.

Late sell trade for 1251677 has appeared around 13.51pm timing. Which patches the automated sells around 12 and 1pm. Suggesting maybe a seller cleared out its final stock today? Hmmmm.

Note a lot of those trades at 12.13, 12.16 and 13.13 were all automated trades done by a fund. Which suggests those were sells to me. The rest look like buys.
