It does smell a bit when someone raises points which would baffle most share holders. Then says he's not invested and doesn't want to bother AZ. Hmmm like throwing a granade in and watching what happens from afar.

So what you are saying Extrader in a round about way is that the shares can be sold on the open market and this will suppress the share price until the over hang is cleared. The company pays them back after 2 years everyone is happy we move on.

The ceo would of transfered the shares to a company as tax vehicle. So yes he would have bought them but then tranfered as companies get tax differently than individual. Plus why is share muppets talking about a main listed company. Its not cow boy Aim for starters and the main market has more regulation.
