And what is the lom in the Npv calculation?? 9 years?? This mine will be in operation for decades, they've only booked 40% of resources so far, how much will the additional 60% add to reserves?

As a professional investor I value future earnings very highly and why I'm almost 100% up here already with much further to go over the next three months. Are you invested?

Best positioned to take advantage of tungsten squeeze

This is the key focus for me as an investor given the plant is built. 260k tonnes pa multiply by current apt minus $30 as product will need further refining. That gives annual revenue of $83m. AISC will likely come in at around $170 per tonne or $44m pa. Assume debt paymeny of $10m pa for seven years that leaves JV with $29m pa free cash flow of which $8.7m could be attributed to ORM as a dividend plus €1m mine management fee. That's £7.3m net profit per annum. You can then use this working to factor in 7 day mining operation (360,000 tonnes per annum) or an increase in APT which many are forecasting north of $400 for 2019. Increasing LOM is key with $3m of initial $96m capex set aside for increasing reserves through further drilling and exploration. It's believed that LOM can be increased to 20 years. Also in cappex there is a $10m contingency built in. Will this be needed? Now what value do you put on this company?

The capex has / will be used to build infrastructure which once complete is likely to be worth significantly more than their outlay. We could assume the plant etc (which will cost maybe $60m to build) will have a value on balance sheet of??? 30% of which can be attributed to ORM.....this company is way undervalued

Lack of info is glaring given the positive nature of developments. Would suggest more to this than meets the eye

Imho there will be some significant news items prior to the placing and book build. As alluded to in previous posts, why raise now and not at a higher price post news....? Maybe that's exactly what he's doing

From my communications with the company, they are focusing on building the mine before then pushing the PR side. A takeover was already turned down three years ago for 4p cash before the funding was secured for the mine. If there were active suitors at 4p back then I'd imagine 10p would be a more suitable take over offer price now. This is a little gem of a company way off the radar. Perfect! This opportunities are few and far between!
